We had 11 windows, 2 entry doors, and patio doors installed in August 2018.Staff was friendly and installation was done well.Our install date was pushed back a couple times, but this was an extremely busy time for them as the government rebate was ending.We live in a rural area had issues with bugs getting around the window screens, but this is due to the design of the North Star Windows in order for the screen to be removed easily for cleaning. Our complaint was addressed by Stephenson promptly, they arranged for North Star to send a technician. I would have liked to have seen a little better follow up from Stephenson, but they did make sure the issue was resolved. North Star placed weather stripping on the screens to create a tighter seal.A seal was missing on the patio screen door, but that was also corrected when we notified Stephenson.

I would highly recommend Stephenson Home Improvement! Mike and Sue Anne did a fantastic job helping me select new exterior doors and a beautiful new front door. Matt and Craig did an amazing job installing the doors with great attention to detail and flexibility working with my schedule. This is a great local business run by a wonderful family.

Excellent workmanship! We had 4 entry doors and every window replaced, including a very large oversize bay window. (12 in all) We also had new siding installed to replace an enclosed entryway to a converted garage. Even with the challenges of working in COVID-19 restrictions the work was done professionally, carefully and expeditiously. Their attention to all the technical details left us with no concerns. The cost savings in heating and cooling are very impressive. The Sales Staff and Installers left us feeling very well looked after. We highly recommend this firm.

Had a French door to our deck replaced with a sliding door and they did a phenomenal job. They were quick, polite, and the workmanship is top notch. Their pricing is fantastic and I would absolutely make them my first call in the future for any window and door needs!

The guys from Stephenson were great! They were at our house for 3 days putting in a huge sliding glass door and new window. They handled themselves professionally and everything is air tight and looks great. They offered to come back out anytime if I had any problems at all. Would highly recommend them...they may not be the cheapest you can find but you get what you pay for!

Mike handled the quote and assisted me in choosing the doors and windows best suited to me. I received the quote in a timely fashion and was pleasantly surprised by the pricing. Matthew and Craig who handled the installation, were very professional and polite. It was a big job which took a number of days and each night they carefully cleaned up after themselves. Their workmanship and attention to detail is unsurpassed. I could not be more pleased with the finished result both inside and outside my home. I'm extremely picky when it comes to trusting someone to do a job in my home. Half the time getting someone to phone you back or send a quote is a chore with other companies. Window Replacement Using the GreenOn Energy Rebate ProgramI have dealt with many contractors over the years and the Stephenson Home Improvement team is one of the best. It was pleasure dealing with them through every step of the process.This family run business should be on TV they are so good! They are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.I used them to replace 7 windows under the Ontario GreenOn program and had them cut open a 2nd floor brick veneer wall to install a 5 ft patio door.at my Grand Bend cottage.I also had them aluminum cap the front door and garage door trim work (no more painting!) and an older garage window. As well as complete the build outs and interior trim work for the new windows.I had a knowledgeable relative come by when the work was finished and he remarked, these guys sure know how to do brick work and aluminum capping work". Stephenson Home Improvement are excellent at what they do. Matt and Craig put 13 new black crank windows in and black capping all around, including our sunroom. Our house is beautiful. Matt and Craig's hard work and attention to detail is first class. They are both caring, professional and just good people. If you want something done right, I highly recommend them.
