Got my air conditioner recharged!

I am a landlord, I asked them to fix leaking water from the furnace in my rental condo. The technician that I called and came to fix the furnace is the owner of this business. I was not with him when he came to fix the furnace and my tenant was sick so she didn’t watch him while he was working. He changed me $350 to fix the furnace.Later, on the same day, my tenant called me saying that the water is still leaking and this technician didn’t fix the furnace. When I called his technician he said that he didn’t know how to fix it. He refused to refund me back the money.I contacted another technician who fixed the furnace with just $40.

Our furnace quit early Sunday morning. Called adam htg & cooling and at the stated time Yannick appeared at our door. Very quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. Yannick is very knowledgeable and conducts himself in a very professional manner. This was our first time using this firm, but will be our “go to” for future htg and cooling needs.
