Waterdown Collision (Collision Repair Services)

This past week, I contacted Waterdown Collision regarding road paint that I had accumulated the day before. I had driven on the opposite side of the road from the painting, but somehow managed to pick up quite a bit of yellow paint on my drivers side wheel well as well as below the door.Nadia suggested I bring the car in asap so that the paint didn't dry any further. When I arrived, I was taken in immediately and,she updated me repeatedly as to the progress of the job.It was almost the end of the day, but the tech worked diligently and (thankfully!!) was able to remove the paint. He even came and spoke to me regarding options for the paint that was at the top of the underside of the wheel well.Did I mention, all of this was done at no charge??They were all very kind, thorough, informative and a pleasure to deal with. I contacted my Honda dealership to encourage them to have their customers use Waterdown Collision if they are ever in need of help.I would absolutely recommend Waterdown Collision to anyone and everyone!Thank you Waterdown Collision!Sandy Doyle

From a reasonable quote & easy online payment option for the third party, to very friendly staff, a fantastic shuttle service, and a great job on the car, I would absolutely recommend bringing you car here for repairs. I stopped by to ask if they could give me a quote on a small dent that I had on the front corner of my bumper and Christian was the gentleman who came out to help me. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. He stuck his hand up under the bumper (actually ended up scraping his wrist doing so!) and was able to push it out for me. The customer service there was second to none. I would highly recommend Waterdown Collision and totally understand why they have all of the amazing reviews that they do.

My Audi S5 was in a minor rear end collision. The repairs and overall service were first rate. I had an additional 2 stage paint correction done and the car looks incredible. I would not hesitate to recommend them for repair or detailing.

My car was recently hit and it was arranged to get looked at and have the work done at Waterdown Collision. By the time I arrived they team at Waterdown Collision were expecting me and greeted me and were extremely helpful. Mel who was at the reception desk was quick to inform Romano that I was there and we went out to take look at the damage to the car.Once all the parts arrived the team worked quickly to have car back to me as soon as possible. While the work was being done the team would send constant updates to me so I was aware of the progress.When the car was ready to be picked up, I walked in and I was greeted by my first name, only being there a couple times this showed me that team makes it a priority to know their clients. After I got my keys and went out to my car, when I looked at the car I was thrilled at how great it looked! On top of the work they did fixing the exterior, they did a complete interior grooming of my car which was very nice of them and shows that they go above and beyond for their clients.The entire team at Waterdown Collision were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone needing work on their cars!Thanks for the outstanding service!

I got a used car with damage on the window and bumper from the dealer. The staff were super helpful and efficient when repairing it. They were accommodating and informative with different cost and repair options. They made working with the dealer easier! It looks amazing!! Amazing service, Christian was super knowledgeable and helpful in the initial assessment and final wrap up.
