I went to see a movie and it was so cold that my husband and I had to leave. It wasn't even hot outside and raining when we left. No hot beverage sales to help warm me up. 6 people in the theater and total,

Does anyone work here?I went last night at a god awful hour to watch M3GAN. The movie was as expected and I have no complaints.About 3 quarters into the movie the sound gets turned down so low, we can barely hear it. Two people left the theater to search for an employee to help. One person went into the back employee room marked 'staff only' to find no one (like...entered it - it was not locked).Someone went behind the concession stand to look for staff - no one. Someone tried calling the theater to see if there was some back office person we could speak to - no one and no option to speak to a human. It was very in theme to the movie.When the movie ended, we found one sole employee who denies that it was turned down too low. She said someone had complained in our or another theater that the movie was to loud. She turned it down 'a little.' Girl. We paid 50 to see half of a B-rate movie.Today, I tried calling again to speak to manightnagement about our experiences....there is no option to speak to a human.Just to add...I don't expect the one, 16 yo employee to make the middle aged friends happy. It is intimidating managing complaints at any age. But she alone was left to manage the llate ight crowd of a cornwall movie theater. how is that safe, Cineplex

Although it was not the best movie theater I've ever been to, it is absolutely a close second. Decently friendly staff and very clean. If you're looking for a place with reclining seats, this isn't your place as these are fold out, but still very comfortable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place over other theaters in the area!

Manager Allie sent us to the wrong room. She just showed us with her hand where we supposed go. She was wearing a mask and did not even try to explain where we were supposed to go. There were 2 doors beside each other. She didn't care about her job or to make sure that we were going to the correct room. We were only 2 customers at that time. It was not busy. She acted like she didn't want to be there. It was my first and last time in this cinema. We watched only the last 30 min of the movie. We were going to busy cinemas in GTA, and never we were sent to the wrong room. It was the worst evening ever! Popcorn was burned... I couldn't even handle the smell. When we went to talk to her, she said it was not her problem and that I was rude. I lost $80, and the manager of the cinema didn't care to help us in any way.

Staff is amazing, it's Clean and many movies to choose from but most of the arcade games need updating or replacing and need to offer more options for food, but not as good with no frozen yogurt.

The movie theaters are small but that is expected in a small town. The entrance to the building has games that children can play before the movie. Screen and sound are okay and seats are comfortable. There is a party room that can be booked for events. Staff are friendly. Unfortunately the cost of snacks do not make sense. Small water bottles for more than 3 dollars!!! Are you kidding me!!!

I frequent galaxy cinemas and enjoy the social evenings out. I’m familiar with some of the staff and was shocked at the recent treatment of employees by the manager on Easter Monday with the use of demeaning and highly inappropriate language. I trust that your managers will be brought up to the industry standards wrt appropriate communication with employees and decorum.

Our first visit since the pandemic, completely shocked by the cost of the 2 person popcorn combo for a total of$48.Next time, I'll bring my own snacks.Theater was clean.

I have been not only in Kingston (which is few miles away), I have also been to theaters in India and GCC countries. But I thought CINEPLEX in Canada would provide a standard quality, but this one and only theatre makes me wonder whether people in Cornwall knows what a theatre quality is???...nor do CINEPLEX care to upgrade the theatre for the people in CORNWALL. Are we not paying CINEPLEX the same amount as the CINEPLEX theatre in Kingston which is far superior and standard? Haven't been to such a low-level theatre in past 4 or 5 years even in Kuwait.

It's ok the building needs to be updated there was only one set of stairs that were able to be used, not good in case of a fire I'd say. The movie was great
