I left my puppy for 19 nights with Mandy and I can't be happier. Leo had a great time - walks to the beach, spacious backyard to play in. I liked that Mandy does not take in a lot of dogs at a time and genuinely caring for them. Also got regular updates and pics/videos which was fantastic. Would highly recommend for daycare as well as boarding.

We had our pup Thor, stay with Helen and her family for a long period of time, while my girlfriend and I were seeking a new place.Thor could have not been in better hands. Helen is very responsive, gives you constant updates and a piece of mind knowing that he was safe and well taken care off. Thor was treated like he was their very own dog. I could tell when I picked him up that he was happy and enjoyed his time.Thank you so much Ravenswood (Helen and family.) We are glad that we found you, you made the time apart with Thor a little bit easier, by just knowing he was in a caring and happy environment. If there were more stars I would give them! Our dog had never been at a sitter or kennel of any sort before, so we were quite nervous however the first meeting with Mandy made us feel so much better! Rudy felt at home right away. We took him back for a little visit with her and then she even agreed to meet me at a park so he could meet the other dog that would be with her at the same time as Rudy. She sent pictures and updates every night. He had a fantastic time. Mandy treats her fur guests like family. They get lots of exercise and lots of love. I was worried Rudy wouldn't want to come home with us :). Helen was great to deal with as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Mandy as a sitter. She is a lovely person and has a true love for dogs. We will definitely use her services again.

We have left our dog Rufus here a few times now and have nothing but great things to say. Helen is wonderful with sending pictures and updates and her family really loves your dog like their own. Rufus always comes home happy and exhausted from all his walks and play time. Leaving your pet can be stressful but when you leave them with a family like Helen’s, it makes it a thousand times easier.

Ravenswood Dog Sitters I can't say enough!! Helen and her family are amazing with our Cooper! From day one Cooper loved going to Helen's and playing with his best buddy Russell (when he is there for the day too). Helen treats all her dog guests like family and they have the comforts of home while they are there. Every time I drop Cooper off it is like see ya later Mom...I am at Helen's and he doesn't look back. This is 100% what every dog owner wants for their furry loved ones. Thank you Helen for taking such great care of our Cooper :)

Helen and her family are so warm and welcoming. We immediately felt comfortable with Helen and knew she would take good care of our bulldog Otis. He was a little unsure at first but she really went out of her way to reassure us and make our baby feel at home. She sent us photos and updates so we could see how he was doing while we were away. When we returned home we found Otis to be relaxed, happy, and very healthy - no doubt a spoiled boy! We are beyond thankful to Helen and we are grateful to have found her.

Helen at Ravenswood has taken such great care of my dog. We met up beforehand to see if it was a good fit, and I could see right away what a safe and happy space she creates for the puppies. Even very old, energetic ones like mine. Helen provides me with photos and updates, and clearly is passionate about what she does. I will happily bring our dog over any time we need someone to sit for us.

I am so grateful to have met Helen and her family. I have a one year old dog that I rescued last year and it is now a second home for Harley. Harley gets so excited when I drop her off, I never have to worry about her as I know how much care and love she gets. Thanks for making her a part of your family.

I cannot say enough good things about Helen and Ravenswood boarding. We went to Europe for ten weeks and I was worried about leaving my dog Russell with a stranger. He was just over a year old with a lot of energy. Then I found Helen who put my mind at ease right away.She allowed me to bring Russell over for a few visits and sleepovers before we left so he could get used to her family and her home. This made the transition very easy when it came time to leave him before our trip.She took excellent care of him. They went on daily walks, she took him to the dog park so he could run and play with other dogs and she treated him with bones cooked in broth. Wow, spoiled!! She sent me videos regularly so I could see how he was doing and that made me feel really good to know that he was being well taken care of and was having a great time.He loved it at her home. He enjoyed playing with the other dogs who would stay with her and being around her two twin boys. We still bring Russell regularly to spend time with her. It is his second family and he is so excited each time we go to visit. Finding someone you can trust can be very stressful. Every dog owner wants the best for their pet and Ravenwood is that and much more. A lovely family, a beautiful home in a nice neighbourhood and a fantastic environment to leave your pet.
