I like this A&W and I like going here but it isn't perfect. Thus only four stars.For some reason they're giving out metal forks but weird wood/paper knives. We asked for a more solid knife but were given another wood/paper one. Breakfast needs good cutlery!Breakfast itself was good except the tomatoes looked like they'd been waiting their turn for a couple days. The hash browns! Oh my goodness! How do they get them to crunch like that!?!We were the youngest people in a mostly full restaurant, good work A&W for snagging the 55+ crowd.

Ok, why is it you run outta onion rings every time I go there? Isn't it one of your signature menu items? And or you make us park up by that thank you sign, then the next person behind is honking away, service could be a lot more quicker and more efficient.

Really good especially if you own some coupons! Most of their menu items are really good.The inside of the restaurant always feels welcoming & warm.Also try their breakfast, I was surprised how good it was the last few mornings I visited!

Burger was cold and had to go to the washroom for water to wash our own table.floors were fithly.all around not a good experience

Had coupons, so the value was better than usual. Also it was free root beer day. The patties have sure gotten smaller over the years though, and the actual burger looks nothing like the photos. The burger in the photos looks like a 1/4 lb burger at least, but in reality, it looks like a McDonald's patty, which is thinner than the soft drink lid!The franchise has switched to a paper straw, such is great for the environment, but didn't work as well for picking the birds of burger from your teeth as the plastic ones. It also feels a bit odd on the mouth, as it softens. Koodos to them fot the effort though. I don't eat out much, so not sure if others have done this..I had the Mozza burger, and it tasted as good as ever.

Old Employee here, I’d really enjoyed my time at A&W serving the community and making the occasional friend. I was even working my way towards a promotion. Don’t get me wrong there food is yummy but I don’t know If i would work here ever again without a change on the inside. Everyday I went to work I felt bullied and discriminated by others and I even brought it up to the store manager and he sided with the abuser. I had to leave the store because of this girl, we had gotten into a argument and this girl is the one who started the fight yet i got punished. I really hope he hires another manager to get this restaurant back on board

We ordered 4 drinks, of which two were regular and 2 small, we got all as regular and charged us for regular price, when I asked them that we have asked for small, the lady said its only 50 cent extra and started arguing that we asked for regular instead. I'm not happy with the service.

Today me and my mom had lunch there and thats was a joke because my mom teenbruger was cold plus here onion rings were cold too like the money we spent my mom food should of been hot not cold so if I was anyone I don't think you shouldn't eat there because they serving cold food and very salt food too and they are cheap on there ice like they don't give you ice for your drink at all like I think that's pretty awful like A&W should be a shame of them self serving cold food to there customers like who did like really so A&W you lots me and my mom business we will never eat there again
