Unique Relax Massage & Spa

They were not open when we went for our prebooked massage appointment on our anniversary. Incredibly unprofessional.Edit: They ened up comping a future massage and apologized for not being able to provide the service. The massage was good.

Booked a massage a month ago for my partners birthday, and they needed to reschedule a day before for some inspection. Totally okay that it needed to be rescheduled, but the way it was handled and the lack of communication and professionalism was poor. On the phone the owner was telling me “I don’t care if they shut me down, whatever”. It almost made me feel bad that they were trying to accommodate me. Also there was a promotion on their website that said 25% off couple massages, but the workers said that it wasn’t supposed to be there and didn’t honour the price. Not my issue, that’s the whole reason we booked. Although they tried to accommodate us, it almost didn’t feel worth it with all the unnecessary stress they put on me. Would not come back.

I was so thankful that Gloria was able to squeeze a couples massage appointment on a few days notice. A perfect birthday present for my girlfriend as we got to enjoy our very first massage together! I booked the relaxation Swedish massage and I have to say how impressed I am.Lovely accommodations and a blissful hour that went by in a snap. I swear my shoulders have never felt looser! I can see why people go to spas frequently, if anyone gets a massage from this place you will be highly addicted to return!

Pros: This is one of the few places that offers couples massage and the prices are affordable. The use of hot stones and hot towels is a nice touch. It is easy to get an appointment with them. I only booked one week in advance.Cons: They are just masseuse and not Registered Massage Therapists (RMT). Once you've had a massage done by an RMT, it is very hard to go back to just a masseuse. It was a fun, relaxing experience, but the knots in our bodies are still there. Also, if you are a very overweight person, I don't think their tables are going to be strong enough to support you. They are made out of wood.

Amazing prenatal massage! I feel so much better! My lower back was giving me pain and after being in Gloria's magic hands I finally have relief. Can't recommend highly enough! Thanks Gloria!!

Gloria was amazing, she focused on all the areas that I so desperately needed massaged. I recommend her healing hands for any women that is pregnant, she has first hand experience and knows the places that help with low back and butt pain that occurs in pregnancy. Everything was perfect. My partner and I have chosen a massage for couples. Very relaxing, very nice atmosphere, we felt taken care of and listened to. It was my partner's b-day and they helped me make the payment without him noticing. They even gave him a small b-day gift as we were leaving the place. Highly recommended. We will be back!

I am ex pro athlete and massage at this place is top...Very knowledgeable staff with ability to adjust massage pressure to point that you fill immediately relaxation. I give 5 stars to this place. In this strange time you need safe, clean and calm spot for your massages. Book the appointment and I assure you, you wont be disappointed. Cheers.

Hands down massage I’ve ever gotten! Think I found my new spot. Gloria was amazing and got all my knots out. The place was also very clean and staff were professional. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage!
