It's so disappointed as I placed an order on Saturday then right away realizing the information on the stamp was incorrect but there was no way to edit or cancel the order. I quickly called them but no one answered since it was Saturday. I sent them an email immediately (according to the instructions on their website) but never got a reply. Called them again on Monday morning but they said the order was completed and there was no way to cancel it. They did not work on the weekend but had the order completed on early Monday without any response to my email.

Update: customer support connected with me and shipped a new stamp in the proper configuration. I’m not sure who I was communicating with first as they were unpleasant, but I’m happy and appreciate they fixed the issue. They sent me an unusable stamp, messed up the layout and didn’t even bother to check if it was correct. They’re a turn a burn place. A trusted maker uses a mock-up software so one can preview to ensure layout is correct. Terrible experience with this company. Lesson learned but I’m writing so others can avoid this place.

But to make the circumstances even worst than your final product and late delivery was your customer service. I have never been so rudely belittled by some who does not comprehend the foundation of technological footprints. Someone, such as your employee Laurie (excluding her surname for confidentially purposes), does not realize that big organizations record phone calls and maintain a digital log for all communications. When encountered with error on the part of a merchant, we can protect ourselves from lies and conjecture.She failed to recognize that her email request for a reverse" title on the logo was honoured. This location has a great set of people, they are wonderful and so sweet and always working so hard! I made a mistake with my order and they instantly responded and offered to help me instead of making me reorder the product. The employees were so nice and helpful! I know how hard things can be especially during these times, but they were ready to help and I am so thankful for that. I have never received such excellent service. 10/10

I ordered 2 stamps. They came quickly and they are perfect! I purchased an embossing seal and its amazing!! Shop Canadian!!

I want to share the excellent customer service I got from Getstamps! I ordered stamp ink pad replacements (at an great price!) and the package arrived the next day. In error they had sent me a new stamp with a pad inserted in the colour I ordered. I called them and they immediately told me to keep the stamp and that they would send my order again. The following day, I received my correct package. I wish I knew the reps name but want to thank her for wonderful service. Thank you!

These guys are the worst in the industry. Poor product quality and the notion of customer care doesn't not exist. Actually, I am convinced that they enjoy making the experience frustrating for people.

Dissatisfied with my purchase. Horrible packaging and substandard quality. Honestly ended up getting a better product from Vistaprint
