We are more then happy with our service from Crawford Air. We began with our yearly maintenance (filters, belts etc.) and have also had Crawford proceed with additional work on our M.U.A., RIT units and heater update. They recently helped to set up a new air compressor, air lines, exhaust fittings, intake hood and slide closure damper. We feel Crawford Air is the best in the city, they provide quick service (same or next day) and the owners are present if required. They are professional, knowledgeable and more then attentive to the needs of our manufacturing business. Thanks Lisa!

Crawford Air recently installed a new air conditioner in my home and I couldn't be happier --or cooler! They were professional from start to finish. They arrived when they said they would and despite extra work (replacing old pipes and hoses) they were on budget. Their price point was great and they didnt tey to over sell us. They were friendly, clean and efficient. I hope my furnace works for many years to come, but when it fails I know who I will call; I reccomend Crawford Air without reservation for all heating and cooling needs.

Update: We now needed a new furnace and of course immediately thought of Crawford Air!Not only did we get a fantastic new furnace but we also got the new Hepa-(High Efficiency Particulate Air) filtration system. They are typically installed in hospitals, labs, and clean rooms to create a contamination-free environment. Can't be too careful now a days.It's a fairly small unit that goes right on the furnace return air duct and is super easy to use. The installation didn't take long (and was excellent as usual from Crawford Air, Kyle and Rob were fantastic as always!) and it came with detailed care instructions. Right from the first few moments of it running, I could tell a difference. I'm so impressed with the air quality now, because it has multiple filters and 2 UV lamps, nothing can get through there, especially in these times. One can't be too careful now a days. I love how there is always clean air flowing through the house. I'm super impressed with how quiet it is, too. I have also noticed that the dander, dust level in the house is almost non-existent now. And that's a big plus with having cats and someone who is allergic to them. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend getting one of these! Plus, Crawford Air makes everything so easy and such a pleasure to work with them.We could not be happier with the air quality in our house and are so thankful for Crawford Air to always be the best in service and price!Older Post: Late last summer, our AC conked out and we were in the market to get a new one for this summer. Having had our furnace serviced regularly by Crawford Air, they were the first ones we thought of because of their great service. I was confident that they would be able to help us.We were once again impressed by their professionalism, price, product, quality of service and by how much they care! After 29 years, we were in need of a new furnace and air conditioner. We went with Crawford Air and trusted in the many years of experience and knowledge that they brought to the table. We also did our own homework online. We also decided to put in a humidifier and air purifying system. We, especially, appreciated the extra effort that Richard Crawford went to, to find us quality products at the best price for our home. The gentlemen who did the install did a great job and left the area probably better than they found it. One of the gentlemen, in particular, answered all the questions and concerns that I had to my satisfaction, and did a terrific job showing me how all parts of every piece worked, what would need to be replaced and when, ...I would highly recommend Crawford Air to family and friends - great guys to deal with.
