These girls work right my phone wasn't working I need to get ahold of my wife and they just helped me out got me a new battery had it charged and made sure I had Wi-Fi so I can contact her it's good to see customer service at a caring level

CI is an exceptional company to deal with. It's been two years with them, and their service is just as good as it was when we first started doing business. I have worked with C&I Technologies for the past 5 years between 2 different companies. Customer service is great. Kim is great at getting a quick answer or letting me know she is looking into my request so I am not waiting for a response.For renewals they take the time to listen to what needs my company has and offered plans that reflected those needs, instead of showing me a list of standard plans and picking from that list.
