Worst experience ever. My husband found a humindifer on marketplace the seller was Brandi Betz the owner of Discount Luxury. He inquired if the product was still available, she said yes and confirmed that he was on his way to barrie from Ajax to purchase the product. When he got to the store, after driving for an hour and 30mins, Brandi had told him it was sold. Absolutely unprofessional, and a complete waste of time, gas and km on my car. Worst place ever and horrible management. I would not recommend this place at all and as for Brandi Betz you should learn some management and customer service skills.First of all Brandi Betz, you are a liar and I have the text messages to prove it. My husband text you at 11:20 leaving now" after driving for 40mins at 11.54 you text him "I got someone just bought it LOL" You don't even know how to use abbreviations because I'm not sure what is so funny and as for the $15.00 I don't even consider that a compensation more as an insult. This place is just amazing - a must go, see and shop!! The owner is very talented and knowledgeable about her items and home fashion and decorating. I haven’t been so impressed by a store in a long time. This is my new go to for home!!

My partner and I visited Discounted Luxury to look for some stuff for our school opened up in Newmarket. We were amazed by the pricing and ended up leaving with a couple of items including a beautiful coffee table for our reception area. The owner Brandi was also very welcoming and nice. Will definitely visit again in the future for more furniture and decor items.

Discount luxury is my go to when looking for carpets and area rugs. Lately they have been getting lots of other little items in too! I love to check out their website atleast once a week to see what they have new in store. Not to mention Brandi the owner has excellent customer service.

Great hidden gem. Easy to find and lots of parking in the new location. Limited inventory at hand but what’s there is in top notch. Catalogue on line for everything they have. If you see something you can Call ahead and then come in to view. If they don’t have it Brandy will do her best to keep an eye out for what you’re looking for.

This store is such a GEM! Honestly if you are looking for the best in home decor... look no further. The staff is awesome and the deals are to die for. I have shopped here for years, always the best quality, fabulous selections and new stuff to see all the time. My favorite buys from this store are rugs.... wow... leather rugs, faux hide, wool... omg.. the BEST!! If I could give more than 5 stars ~ I would for sure. Keep up the great work!

Love this store! You can get amazing and beautiful home decor items that are at a discounted price! The owner is so friendly and wonderful! We’ve bought a beautiful rug for our living room and two light fixtures! We’re very happy with them!

My daughter and I always stop to shop when in the area. We find some pretty cool stuff both for the home and presents, things you wouldn’t find anywhere else. Service is awesome. I am disabled and if I don’t have my walker or wheelchair with me the owner will come out just to say hi, how are you.
