I had an unfortunate post-purchase experience buying a used Odyssey from Carlton. First off, I do want to thank Jason for his work as the salesperson. He was flexible and personable. On the other hand, Steve Jeffers, the manager, has been unpleasant, rude, and, now, unresponsive.The inspection records that they provided me with for the van were inaccurate. I don't know if they ignored issues or missed them, but the front struts, which the inspection indicated were good, needed to be immediately replaced. I did notice the noise during the test drive, but ignored (assuming it was just due to being parked for an extended period of time). The noise never went away, so I took the van to a local garage in Saskatoon, and they immediately identified that the struts were binding. I brought this information to Steve, and he called me on the phone to intimidate me and tell me that 1) the garage in Saskatoon was fishing for labour"

We have purchased many vehicles from Steve and his team. The service here is second to none. I was fortunate enough to get my Honda Civic Type-R from here. Steve worked very hard to get me this very rare car. Sheldon was very knowledgeable and he was able to answer all my questions about the car. We live in Regina and I can say that it is definitely worth the drive to buy your car from this dealership!! I definitely recommend this place.

Recently purchased a brand new vehicle! The sales and finance team made my transition easy and they were so helpful along the way, Sheldon was my salesmen and he was very knowledgeable about all the features as well as comparing all the models together! Will definitely be back when it’s time for a new one again!

Went to this fantastic dealership to pick up a Civic for my friend. All I can say was what an experience, Sheldon Golding the salesman was amazing! He went above and beyond explain the features of the vehicle. Was very helpful explaining everything. The Joshua L'Henaff was a very honest Financial Manager He didn't try to up sell to many things and gave us lots of options. Will reference anybody looking to buy a Honda to go to P.A It's worth the drive!

On a recent Camping trip from Saskatoon to Prince Albert National Park while towing our R-POD 20 ft. trailer our Honda Pilot Transmission Fluid too Hot" warning Light came on just shy of the Park. We pulled over immediately and let the vehicle cool off and took it easy to the Park. Brought my car for an airbag recall and to look at my headlights as they weren't working and I had replaced both bulbs, got the car back with the cigarette lighter not working anymore and now I back to the same problem with the headlights with only 1 of my brights working and no low beams at all, I'd suggest taking your car elsewhere

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. They approved my friend as we both went together to make the deal. Finance Manager Joshua approved the car based on $4000.00 down payment 2024 CRV and Sheldon sales guy booked the car and we made the deposit. After two weeks when we went to pickup the car they backed off from the commitment and ask for $10,000 down Instead. When I asked how you approved 15 days ago, Joshua finance guy start making excuses. I do not recommend any body to deal with the dealership. No work ethics

Quoted me for a job at 90$, charged me 360$. Unethical and unwilling to change, worst business experience of my life avoid at all costs!!If this post it up, the owners have unethically quoted and charged me different prices and did not refund me the difference.In reply to the owner yes it was Carlton Honda in Prince Alberta across from the high school. Was their a change in ownership - if so I can take it down. I was charged almost 400 dollars to change one tire, yes you read that right… I provided the tire they just changed it and refused to hold the price they quoted and refused to give my keys back until I paid. To me this was taking advantage of a young inexperienced driver and I was quite disgusted in the business ethics, there is a minimum responsibility and Carlton Honda didn’t uphold that

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! Brought my car in for a provincial inspection. Service center staff are wonderful... you know who you are!!
