I ordered from them via Amazon. Vitamins not received in a month, so emailed them. They said they would resend immediately. Another month w/o item so received refund via Amazon. Another month later, 3 months from original order, the original item delivered! I do not believe this was the seller's fault - probably postal services and customs.Now we'll see if the 2nd order arrives at some point.

Be wary about ordering online. I recently placed an order and got two notifications asking for photo ID with address as well as a photo of my credit card covering all but the last 4 digits. I requested the order be cancelled as this sounds fraudulent yet the credit card charge has gone through. I've reported this to the credit card company as a fraudulent charge. Hopefully I get my money back.

This store is fraudulent! it is not real. Once you order they say your order is fraudulent and demand you send a copy of your picture ID with your address, and a copy of your credit card, with the last 4 digits covered. They already have the last 4 digits of your card when you order, they want the rest of your numbers. Report them as fraudulent to paypal or your bank! Do not order, they are fake!

Stay away from these guys. Ordered from Europe. Customs didnt allow me to get my supplement so they sent it back. I mailed them 10 times but they refused to pay the money back. Theor answer was the same. We will investigate". Thats why they are cheaper."

This company has terrible customer service. They were the seller through Walmart.ca for a recent order I made; somehow there was a mistake and the order got shipped to the wrong address. The company did absolutely nothing to help me rectify the problem. I would absolutely not use this company. Terrible customer service.
