Company had someone out the very next morning! Had such a wonderful experience with Josh, he's the above and beyond type. Thanks again for helping us contain the leak under our house today! Would recommend Tap 2 Drain.

I discovered a leaky main pressure relief valve in our boiler room. I called Tap 2 Drain mostly as I’ve seen their yellow trucks often and thought I would give them a try. Glad I did.The booking person was very efficient and professional. Even better she said they could get someone over that afternoon with an estimated time.Receive a phone call 15 min before that time to say they were on the way.Josh arrived on time and had no issue wearing a mask. He inspected the valve and gave a quote before starting the job.He completed the work efficiently and professionally and I will call and ask for him the next time I require any service the company provides.Overall a very pleasant experience and Josh pointed out a couple of other areas to keep an eye on. It’s a relief the new valve is installed so we can sleep peacefully tonight and not have to worry about a flooded basement.I also like their prompt email receipt and payment process.Gordon

Had our poly-b piping taken out. Completely unprofessional, sent untrained workers and blamed us. Our tub leaked, not just leaked, water poured through ceiling downstairs. The owner came out and said “his guys would never install a tub and not test it.” Tried to blame us by making excuses. Finally saw the damage and admitted the guy he sent obviously didn’t test it. But not before saying, if he opened the ceiling and it was fine we would have to pay for the ceiling repair. The ceiling was soaked! Very rude and unprofessional, obviously they didn’t want to fix it, so blamed us. Also, in the shower they didn’t line up the shower head with the tap, the tap was 3” over from the shower head. Poor workmanship, and even worse service. Please do not use this company!! I have photos to show their terrible work.UPDATE: The company emailed saying they didn’t have my name on file. The service was under my husband’s name. I replied saying how there are still items from the poly b removal we aren’t happy. Your response is once again incorrect, we did mention the washer area and how poorly it was done. Also my main complaint was how you tried to blame us for the leak! You were VERY reluctant to fix it, again saying “my guys would never not test a tub.” We had paid a lot of money, and you said before we check, you could be on the hook for repairs. You implied it wouldn’t be the quality of work that was the problem. Repair took a long time as your drywall guy was busy!

This was my first time using Tap 2 drain, and it won't be my last! The process from start to finish was painless as I was dreading the cost of having my toilet repaired. Josh was a delight to work with, super friendly and knowledgable. Great value for money, and the job was done in a fraction of the time I thought it would take!!

I've used this company a couple of times now. Their prices are average but their service, once you get a hold of them, is excellent. Both plumbers that have arrived at my house on different occasions are the reason that I give this company five stars.On the most recent visit, Josh was wonderful. He gave me time to explain some tips and hints to maintain my house properly and efficiently, he was patient with all of my questions, and he explained things to me in a way so that I knew exactly what was going on. The plumbers are very trustworthy, efficient, and I have never needed to call them back for anything that they have touched.

Our strata used Tap 2 Drain for a 20 unit water pipe replacement, and had done such a great job we asked them about a Renovation referral for a bathroom redo. Turns out they have a Reno department. These guys were absolute professionals, excellent customer service, attention to detail, they completed all work exactly on schedule (bit early in fact) and on budget. The end result is absolutely fantastic, we could not be happier. I can’t recommend Tap 2 Drain enough! I will use them again!

From my initial call for a quote, for Poly B replacement, to the completion of the job these guys were absolutely fantastic. Ron was the plumber that came to our house with his helper Taylor. They both worked extremely hard and were extremely nice. The drywallers that came to repair the holes were also extremely nice. I would recommend this company to anybody that needs their Poly B pipes replaced.

This was our second experience with Josh and once again he was awesome. He fixed an outside tap and discovered where we were getting a leak. Once again he was professional, friendly, knowledgable, and obviously competent. Based on our two experiences I would highly recommend Tap 2 Drain!

Top notch service beginning to end.Called to inquire about fixing bathtub drain and mysterious leak. Had a great conversation with the lady who answered the phone (Sorry I didn't catch your name) who was extremely helpful, kind, courteous and jovial with me; which is very nice and a raritie these days. She scheduled me for the very next day!!Ron came out and had everything diagnosed and fixed in under 2 hours!! Extremely kind and professional. Explained everything to me (problem, what is needed to fix it, and the total cost) in detail and once everything was understood and agreed he went straight to work.I can proudly say I have been ducked and will be using Tap2Drain for all my future plumbing needs!

Team is definitely in their element and communicated well the unique problems from our old and roughly remodeled bathroom. We hired them to install a shower insert, repair exposed pipe, and drywall where thick cobble tile was put by previous owners. They showed up promptly every morning until the project was done. Super happy and i would recommend to anyone as the go to for services in Abbotsford.
