I had a good experience dealing with the employees of Lubnow after a sewer backup in my basement. Even when they were working on my neighbours' basements, they came to check in on me. When I asked them to come back a few days later in order to finish up some of the work I required, they were able to accommodate me. Thank You.

The Lubnow Restoration Team was outstanding from start to finish! We experienced significant water damage during the holiday season from a new washing machine. We had only been in our new home 6 weeks and had many holiday celebrations planned. Lubnow responded the same day. Dryers and dehumidifiers were set up, damaged baseboards removed etc. Our basement was totally unusable and our first floor similar. The team accommodated every concern including removing all equipment and cleaning my home before a large holiday party! The team returned the next day to reset the machinery. This company definitely went above and beyond!!Niko, our project manager touched base with me daily to keep me informed and staff were as unobtrusive as possible. The trades people were excellent!! This company made a disastrous situation manageable.Thank you Lubnow for your efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate staff!!

Lubnow Restoration responded to a flood in one of our units. Steve was prompt in responding and organizing the emergency work right away. He worked with us and our insurance to determine restoration needs, communicate work to be done and completed the work in a timely manner. Kevin who did most of the work in the unit was amazing at working with the tenants to make sure they were happy, he worked around their schedule and the completed work was high quality. They went above & beyond to meet the many changes requested by the tenant and coordinated those with our property manager to ensure that things were done to our satisfaction and at a fair cost. Great experience with Lubnow. Purchased a home that, despite professional inspection, unknowingly had hidden issues with water leakage in roof causing significant damage to front structure and siding. Having been a previous project manager myself I was impressed at how Steve Lubnow and his staff took the time to answer all my questions and lay out a detailed plan, schedule and cost profile before we started. The work involved many different trades but was completed on time and on budget and safely! A huge relief for the tens of thousands of dollars it cost for demolition, rebuilding, and new roof. We were thoroughly impressed with the tenacity of Harry Lubnow who worked with the finishing company to ensure the colour of the finish exactly matched the remainder of the house! Although we had ordered the correct colour from the manufacturer apparently there is variation in colour lots but Harry worked diligently with the company until the finish was exact. Really impressed with the quality of work. You get what you pay for!
