Staff were not help full and not willing to explain about the issue what I had .

After my package was returned back to sender (my fault)i went to this location at 6 o'clock in the morning and Cody made many phone calls to find my package which was passport and he sent me to right location and when i was there i found out somebody is waiting for me because cody evan gave them notice that i am coming ,super happy and world needs more cody ,thank you cody and canada post team

Worst service ever.No idea how / why this business is still existing.This business is working with staff who cannot Read an address and do a deliver a letter properly.Extremely ignorant / reckless staff.No care / value to the job they do....Very sad.

Had a terrible experience. I had a parcel delivered and when I wasn't home I guess the delivery driver just dropped my package outside carelessly. I have four dogs. So when I got back I saw the package on the ground. Outside the box and this package was a prescription lenses. I'm thankful the actual glasses were not damaged but the case and packaging was destroyed. Now, I know a few people who work or worked at the postal office so if the delivery driver felt unsafe I know he could've refused to deliver the parcel and deliver it another time. It just seems unprofessional and in super upset I'm on the phone right now to figure out who was working at the time. Hopefully some good will come from it all in all bad experience too bad these are the people in charge of all postal and parcels otherwise I'd use another service

On Line purchases handled well until reaching Saskatoon then nothing but pathetic service 4.5 days for a parcel from Winnipeg for a parcel which I know has been in Saskatoon for 3 days and missed 2 trucks out to Zealandia.Another parcel left Mississauga on May 2nd but haven't heard from it since tracking a joke.
