A nice place to have a quick bite. A lot better than KFC and McDonald's. You might find it a bit expensive than others but the quality of fast food is better and service is good, though not as quick as McDonald's. However, if you want a tasty meal at a bargain, you have to compromise somehow. Always prefer it over other fast food places.

I haven’t been to an A&W for a while, this location was definitely wonderful with their service, food and overall menu options. I got the beyond the meat burger, with sweet potato fries and a chilled pop mug. Most locations do not carry the chilled/frozen mug;however, this location had it and you can fill it up with any preferred pop. The beyond the meat burger was delicious, I enjoyed every bite. I definitely will be going back for the sweet potato fries; definitely tasted great with the chipotle sauce. Thank you!

You need better staff on Saturdays at this location. I just ordered a Papa burger with cheese from the drive thru. And got it without cheese. I really like A&W food overall. But their staff can be much better.

The customer experience at this Location was the absolute worse, I entered the restaurant stood at the counter, no one person made any eye contact with me or greet me for 2 minutes, when the cashier finally acknowledge me I asked for the Teen combo, she quickly turned to what I assumed was the supervisor, who just said not now

Delivered food to my house and the food was amazing, prices are reasonable and affordable. The same quantity of food you’d get at breakfast places, you’d get here worth the price. Food was appetizing and tasty, and followed instructions to the T. Will be a repeat customer in the future.One meal was an All Canadian Special over easy eggs, bacon, sausages, toast and excluded the tomato slices.The other meal was another All Canadian Special with the same food items but with over hard eggs.With hash browns and an apple turnover.

THE GOOD: Dining in will be very relaxing because it’s very clean inside! I expected the garbage bins to be overflowing like Tim Horton’s & McDonald’s etc., but here it was passable.I dined in after the supper rush, around 7:30 pm, so the washrooms, were also clean, which is a rarity for restaurants, fast food or otherwise, in the GTA.***There are 2 small stalls & 1 large stall for handicapped patrons.***The floor was NOT sticky!!! Surprised actually.The new ‘Brew Bar’ has a large selection of espressos, lattes, chai, & there are new smoothies & milkshakes here for the drink menu.The macchiato & vanilla lattes were scrumptious & a great dessert. Oh, there’s apple pies available for those customers who have a sweet tooth!Staff were doing their best to serve everyone with a smile & were friendly, which is great to see for a fast food chain. Free A&W Root Beer today was advertised on the sign board by the street, but most were not coming into the restaurant for this and maybe used drive thru for the freebie! lolTHE BAD: The only negative things that the management could improve on is having the tables wiped down regularly after the dinner rush because it was sticky & some chairs were not wiped down. (I watched a couple move to another table when they saw the crumbs on the first table.)The drive thru person should NOT have toalternate between there & the front counter; It slows down efficiency at both places and 1 EXTRA staff member is needed for the summer rush. Maybe management could hire another worker for weeknights between 6-10 pm???***Also, why don’t any of the major fast food chains like this one have garbage bins that are bigger than the teeny tiny, circular design I’m seeing everywhere???***Could anyone at the head office address this?!Garbage fills fast & unless there is a dedicated person working in the lobby (like Wendy’s usually has) it can make for a sloppy lobby, during the breakfast, lunch, & supper rush.Prices have gone up a lot. The Uncle burger combo cost almost $20 with a medium, special coffee instead of the pop.It’s always nice to visit a restaurant that represents the diverse population of a city, but here ALL of the staff working were of one ethnic background & mostly one gender. Whatever happened to appreciating the multiculturalism of Canada?!

It's fine. For breakfast, the only bad thing is that the toasted bread was almost burnt, that's why I give it 3 stars

Restaurant was very clean, good attention. Many varieties for breakfast. I recommend to order pancakes or the classic Canadian breakfast (tomatoes, sausages, eggs, toast and bacon plus coffee in combo). Affordable prices.

I liked that they had a TV screen in the dining area that gave some history on their products. The Rootbeer as usual is something worth going for.
