Terrible drive through service. I ordered 3 combos for breakfast and they messed up all 3. When I came back, they took my previous order and gave me the wrong order a second time. When I complained about receiving the wrong side as part of my kids meal, they slammed the window in my face.

Ordered through skip the dishes. Wendy's confirmed the order. Then 20 minutes later we received notification that the order was cancelled.Tried to reorder right away.Once again the restaurant confirmed the order. 20 minutes later we got an email that our order was canceled again.Both times by the restaurant.If you're not going to make the order don't confirm the orderSMH what a P.I.T.A.

Have only eaten here three times, we stopped in our way home, but thinking this will be a hard pass from now on. Don't get me wrong, the staff here are very friendly an accommodating but 2 out of 3 times the orders have been wrong and the fries either cold or over cooked? Last time we ordered our burgers were completely wrong and fries really over cooked, which they quickly made good on! However, we'd ordered an Apple Pecan salad to go - for my wife's lunch the next day. It was kept refrigerate, but when we opened it at home, half the lettuce was bad - rotten. I contacted customer service and supply photos, to which I was told the store would be in contact with us and make it right. That was about a month ago and still haven't heard - nothing???So much for 'Customer Service'.Like I said the staff are friendly and accommodating, but this store doesn't cut it for accuracy and food quality.

Very good burgers. We enjoyed our lunch and the staff was friendly and engaging. What a difference from other places. Very nice change. Thanks for having great staff.

Drive Thru tends to get orders mixed up most the time. Customer service is at times snappy, which would irritate customers to snap back. A customer did snap back and came into the store ready to get into dining employee's face. Situation wasn't handled to well by the shift supervisors, that we left before it escalated. Upon leaving the other customer left and drove off cursing. Didn't feel to good to dining in again.

Plenty parking at the plaza with lots of anchor stores. Clean and bright. Friendly staff. Love their $0.99 frosty, no one can’t beat it. Wendy’s are promoting their new coffee, it is free to try them now.

I don’t even know where to begin… visited Wendy’s via drive thru…- coke spilled all over my passenger seat b/c the trays are so flimsy.- I was told to wait for 6 mins for a baked potatoe… ended up waiting over 10 mins. I walked in to ask for my food to be yelled at by the manager ( white guy dressed in black)- came home to realize that my wait was just time wasted as both potato’s were raw in the middle.Honestly why? This place needs to be shut down if you cannot put out edible food for paying customers. Also, your management NEEDS training. Why yell at me b/c I wanted the food I paid for? It’s called fast food for a reason… next time I guess we need to call & order ahead or request COOKED food.

Had a solid experience at this Wendy's location.The location itself was bright and clean. It was spacious inside and had several different sections for dining in.The fountain drink dispenser was accessible however there was only one and there were other patrons so there was some waiting. I've seen other locations with two fountain drink dispensers and could solve this problem.The food was enjoyable. It was your typical Wendy's food which I quite enjoy. We had two Dave's singles burgers with fries and also a chocolate frosty. Enjoyed it all.The bathroom was clean and taken care of.This is a Wendy's done right. If I am ever in this area again and have that Wendy's craving I will return.

Ordered a large chilli. The guy was rude. It was barely more than half a large cup. What a terrible location!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! I paid for a large and got a half cup!

Through skip the dishes my daughter ordered dinner for our family. My order was a taco salad, but it was not included in the order.! This was the second time within one week that this is happened! I for gave the first time because I understand they’re busy, but that’s still no valid reason. But doing it a second time plus my grandson not even having a drink with his order was unacceptable. My daughter called the restaurant and confirm the order number and we did not receive a satisfactory conclusion with the person we were speaking on the phone with. The best they could do was take the cost of the items off the bill but here again I’m left without a meal!! Before the conversation could end the representative at Wendy’s hung up, therefore ending our conversation. There was no abusive language. There was no loud discussion. We just wanted them to acknowledge and make write the fact that this was the second time they had failed to deliver what we paid for.It is insulting to be hung up, like we are so unimportant to their business. I guess they have enough customers that the ones they fail to fulfil their commitment to isn’t a priority.
