This place is amazing. Heard about them during the Comic-Con and tried some of their beef jerky. It was amazing. Went and bought more meet afterwards for a friend of mine and he shared some with me. It was really great. We'll go back in the future. Worth the drive.

Pretty rundown place, cutting instruction where not followed , meat mislabelled and about a third of the meat was missing. And they thought its the funniest ever …picture supposed to be a 963 lbs per side animal hanging weight 3 of the boxes where bone.

We tried the all beef garlic sausage.Flavour was delicious.Meat was lean and finely ground.My only complaint was too much salt and it tasted like iodized salt not sea salt.I couldn't eat more than an ounce or two at a time.I would like to try more products.

I have been taking beef to Kastelen for butcher, cut, and wrap for the past seven years, about 5 animals a year. For those five animals there is usually ten sets of cutting instructions. Overall my customers are happy with the product they receive. I am happy with the service. I would recommend this butcher shop to anyone.

Always great service and friendly people the deal with. Their products are very good, I love the Smokies which I BBQ. They also have a great sausage and beef jerky and bison sausage. Can't wait to pick up another order.
