This place was fantastic. I cannot recommend it enough. The food is delicious. Doesn't matter what you pick. Its tasty. This time, we had the brisket, the wings with the medium sauce, the slaw, the chips, the beans and Coney fries. The smoked potato chips are great. Think hickory sticks but with a more nuanced flavour. Whatever you're having for dinner tonight, it won't be as good as what you can get here. So good, I didn't get any pics of the food, we immediately jumped in. All I have to offer is a shot of the outside and a sad shot of a cool jukebox that doesn't appear to work anymore.

Wow!! Best BBQ I’ve had in Canada. Definitely reminds me of being down south. We tried the deep fried pickles, pulled pork, brisket, ribs, Mac and cheese & the coconut cream pie. All incredible!! Would have any of them again. Next time we want to try the chicken as it looked really good too. The coconut cream pie was so delicious and you can tell it’s homemade and a special recipe. The crust was so good and like nothing I’ve had before. Definitely will be making this place a regular stop. Great service & you could tell they are passionate about what they do and the food they make.

Got the Memphis Tour which included half rack of ribs, pulled pork, brisket and 2 sides. Food came out quick but the main highlight was the ribs and brisket. Service was excellent. Recommend the silk road sauce for the ribs and brisket.

The best place to go for BBQ and Smoked meats. This place is great! I got the baby back ribs which were fantastic! Everything on the menu is delicious. I always get great service and great food which is always hot! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Memphis fire bbq is our go to for bbq in Stoney creek. Their old school, coca cola and piggy decor is amazing. My favourite dish is their juicy, flavourful brisket. Second fave is the pulled pork followed by the ribs in their sweet sauce. I love their mac n cheese and tater tot sides. Their corn bread was on the dry side the last time I had it. We have also ordered take out from here and they are so organized and timely.

The Mutant Elvis Milkshake is a must have here! We had the family meal 1, lots of food and got to have lunch for the next day. Upgrade to the deluxe mac n cheese for one of your sides, delicious!

Went with 6 people, booking was easy. Table was ready for us early. Incredible service by Cathy. The food came very quickly and it was spectacular. The sides were all great but I recommend the premium Mac n cheese over the regular one. Worth the difference in price. Slider combo was perfect for a first timer to try all three meats. The CBR was also incredible.
