Came in here with our pup after hitting KVEC and needing to have a non-collar solution. The two staff members working spent their time taking care of our sore and sedated girl; trying on various harnesses until we found the perfect fit - and if a 70lb Doberman likes you, then we like you. Super service, great selection and no complaint about the prices. Highly recommend!

Today I went in to pick up pet food and the girl working went above and beyond to help me. I am very pregnant and not only did she help me in the store carry items but insisted to help me to my car. Such a great experience, I'm always happy when shopping at this location. Thanks again

Staff are all so friendly and personable, owner is as well. I have taken my 7 month old mastiff there since he was 4 month! I always get a huge selection for my puppy to try and they really know their stuff!!

Great store! Worker there was so nice, they had run out of the large bag of our regular dry food for our kitties so he gave us a bunch of sample bags of it. They're ordering in our kitties favourite flavour of wet food too

Over-the-top, go-the-distance, above and beyond amazing customer service—every single time. Knowledgeable, courteous, and happy to dive in to my dog's story. They ask how he's doing because they actually remember him even though there must be thousands of pet owners in there every day. They really know their stuff when it comes to dog food, treats, and toys. Owner and staff are the friendliest people. Product quality is premium across the board. I always walk out of there 100% glad I walked in (or picked up curbside)!
