They had to rebook me due to lack of staff and numerous buildings without heat.Jan 22 Paul came over to service my units, he did a great job, and took the time to explain to me about using my system more efficiently. Great company to deal with.

Envirotemp diagnosed my breaker tripping issue as a seized compressor. Paul (office manager) provided the option of replacing the compressor or the entire heat pump. The unit was installed in 2006, so we opted for a new heat pump that comes with a 10 year warranty. Within a couple of days, the 2-man crew came and efficiently installed the unit in less than 4 hours. The entire process was enjoyable because of the professionalism of Paul and the technicians. They also spent time explaining how to use a heat pump efficiently. Hats off to Envirotemp!

Terrible service!!! Terrible PRODUCTS!!! Don't use these guys!!!! Compressor blew after 5 years and the maintenance company won't touch it because they say it wasn't installed correctly and PAUL from Envirotemp was no help after about 10+ calls. I used a new maintenance company after the this unit was installed because I found Paul to be less than polite and not punctual with timelines on another job I had lined up with him. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! To this day my heat pump is still not working!

Paul and his team are fantastic! The right combo of professionalism and personability. They installed my mother's heat pump years ago and it's still going strong. Watch out for unqualified 3rd party maintenance guys who don't specialize in these units like Paul does; they'll bugger your unit! Always get Envirotemp to maintain what they install! Great work, guys!

What a lovely group of people to deal with in a very busy construction season. Paul was very knowledgable about the heating systems he was going to be installing and was able to explain the new strategy for our house in a way we could understand and agree with. We had Paul quote on a Daikin ductless heat pump. The quote was competitive and it was clear Paul knew his stuff. The following week, Lee came and installed it. He is a highly competent tradesman. Couldn't be happier with the unit and the installation. Thank you.
