Food here is always great!Great vibes and ambience!I wish they have more vegetarian options.If you are in Guelph and looking for a great place to eat, Chuck's would not disappoint you in any ways!Service was fast! Great beer!

Food was pretty standard and we like it. They didnt see or seat us for a while but otherwise service was okay too. We had a good experience overall as we always do at chuck's. Im a huge huge fan of the bruschetta and the caesar

Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill
Albeit they have the 'Goodness' tax, their overall menu is relatively much more competitive than most comparable places. Staff are wonderful and food presentation is good, but can be a hit or miss on quality. The double burger was good and wife had the chicken club sandwich that she felt was just okay. They were also very busy that night and we were part of a large gathering. Good atmosphere, will return to try their steaks.

Our ball team went there on a Tuesday night and the service was absolutely terrible. Took 10 minutes before we got a waitress/waiter to come to serve is and they they would not give us the 1/2 price apps before 9 PM. The manager would not come and discuss our complaint with the team. Wow - we try to drive business to them but they do not care. To show how much we care about the North end Chucks our team will no longer attend this location. We would encourage ball teams not to go to this location.

Went for lunch with two buddies, foods good for the price. The thing that stood out the most was the service. Brody is an amazing server and has an even better moustache. Took very good care of us, best of luck Brody!!

I gave this four stars for a reason. We waited for 45 minutes for our food, but it was worth it because it was absolutely delicious. My fries were a little dry and the burger was cooked perfectly. Our waiter, Brodie, was an absolute legend. He was extremely kind and chill and made sure it was his priority to give us everything we needed. Overall it was a good restaurant, and I highly recommend for anyone looking for a feel good restaurant and a little time to kill.

Disclaimer: I have not eaten here. However, as a Doordash top rated driver I have picked up orders for numerous customers and they prefer to order topline from the menu. The staff has always been very attentive and if the order isn't ready when I arrive a few minutes at the most I've had to wait. The atmosphere is relaxed. Gives off positive vibes. Customers seemed happy, on my visits typically in the evening or late evening, the bar was bustling and seating was about 60% full. Big screens galore for all you sports fans. Chain restaurant so expect your nightly deals on pints. I'm going to make a point to eat here soon.

Visited this location for lunch during a hot hot day and tried the patio but it was too hot.. the bar was pretty busy was but we were able to find a sticky table near the entrance. I really want to like Chucks but every time it seems to be the same... the service is great but the beer is flat and food is not good... the extra little petty surcharge is just silly. I have no problem tipping servers 20% and if the ownership wants that extra $2.71 just up the price of the food and call it a day. The food was really not good.. the sweet potato fries were soft and squishy and wings and chicken seemed like it was reheated. 5 stars for the server as she worked the bar and the entire seating area and was running all over the place and was putting a smile on every persons face.. but c'mon just at least get the beer flowing right... it was hot hot day.
