Horrible company and the new manager Tim does not do anything for the building goes to the building for an hour and leaves would not reccomend anybody to rent through this company. Use to be a good company until the new owners.

The building is poorly maintained. The concrete to the exterior of the building is damaged, which caused my apartment, and others to have leaks in the ceiling during heavy rain storms, to which the damages to the exterior concrete were never fixed. The apartment windows are old and drafty in the winter. Many of the apartments have mold in them. The parking lot is full of pot holes. There are only 5 washers and 5 dryers in a building with close to 100 apartments. Many of the other tenants make messes in the common areas and do not respect the building. The garbage chute in the building is usually always blocked and closed for use.

Sold my building without telling any of tennents, gave the resident managers less then a week to move out, which isn’t right. Would come Into the units when no one was home. Sneaky company, do not reccomend.

Super unprofessional. Made an appointment to view an apartment on the same day, about 4 hours later that day. Showed up, waited for 30 minutes and left. The lady no-showed and then decided to call us at 8pm to tell us it was no longer available. Yeah, thanks.

Worst company to rent from and work for don't pay anywhere near what they should and prices of rent sky rocketing like everywhere else
