We did the all you can eat wing special. Read lots of complaints associated with the deal in other locations. However, if you go when the patio is not packed or not during peak weekend hours, the experience is good. Twenty-six flavors to choose from. Wings come in rounds. 1.5lbs and fries to start. 1lb wings only second round, and each round afterward is 1/2 pound. 1lb is 8 wings, so 1/2 pounds are four. Keep drinks to a minimum to eat the most wings if worried about value. $23.99 is an ok price considering 1lb wings and fries is regularly $16.99. Eat the first round and another 1/2 pound, and you are ahead of regular prices. You can order the next round of wings when they deliver the previous one to keep the flow and food coming. Wings are small. There is a little too much sauce on each set for my liking. However, you can shake or wipe some off. Garlic parm and the sweet Asian are my favorite sauces. Avoid some of the really tangy or really spice so you don't have to quench your thirst with drinks and fill up quicker. Fries are large cut and not oily. The server was super nice, and with an empty restaurant, it was ten to fifteen minutes between orders of wings. Definitely would go again after tapping out at about 32 wings without feeling totally bloated. If you can't eat more than 16 wings and a half basket of fries, the wing deal isn't for you. Burger and fries for my wife were enjoyed as well. Pop serving is in a huge glass.

Dined in here on the evening of December 4 with a party of 5, will not be coming back to this restaurant. Poor service and food quality. I frequently dine in at other St.Louis locations and have never had problems. Party ordered wings that had side Caesar salads, they looked like they were sitting for 20 minutes, soggy, wilted, and had brown pieces of lettuce, and were barely tossed in sauce. Probably the worst Caesar salad I’ve ever seen. Party also ordered buffalo ranch wings, and they were not tossed in sauce at all (defeats the purpose of getting wings). Asked for new salads and wings. The salads came back with no problems, which makes me think they only try when food comes back? We got new buffalo ranch wings from the kitchen, and they even didn’t toss the wings at all, they just threw the buffalo/ranch sauce on top of the wings and called it a day (As per photo). On top of all this, server forgot to punch in a full order for one person in the party of 5, and they had to wait for an additional 15-20 minutes for their food to be made. If the restaurant was very busy at this time, I would cut some slack. But the restaurant was basically empty and this is unacceptable service.

They messed up my takeout order. They did offer to remake it, which was nice. However I am fairly certain they just refried my wings and sent them back to me (I had got the Buffalo with ranch on it) you could see the stripes on the sauce which could clearly be seen but had taken a trip through the fryer and no new sauce added. Not worth the almost $100.

Food was pretty decent but unfortunately service was not good at all. It took around an hour for our food to come out and people who came in later than us got their food before us. It took quite a while to get our drinks as well. Restaurant wasn’t super busy so I’m not sure why everything took so long. I won’t be coming back here again as there are other wing places in Guelph that have better service.

This was my fiance and I first time ordering from this location. We were really craving wings and have had St.Louis before at other locations. We ordered 2 lbs of wings w/fries, sauce on the side for half. Picked up and when we got home we noticed there was only 1 container in this huge bag. Ah well we thought maybe they just combined it all. We couldnt believe what we saw when we opened up the container. A handful of fries (lukewarm), dried up burnt warm wings, gar par ones were mediocre. Contacted the restaurant and the server was very nice, apologized and said she would remake the order. Drove back to the restaurant, picked up and came home. This time food was hot but wings still burnt/dried up. Dont know if something was wrong with the fryer heat or the recipe but they were not good. We ate the meal because at this point we are starving. Unfortunately our wing craving was not satisfied. Next time we will stick to frozen box wings. Alot cheaper considering our bill was $36.

I like the hot wings here it’s the only thing I order. Servers are always amazing , quick and courteous. Nice little patio to sit on in the south end if you want a cold beer and some wings.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting here and I must say, it was an experience I won't soon forget. Unfortunately, it's not for the reasons one would hope for when dining out. Prepare yourself for a tale of woe and frustration.Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted by an ambiance that seemed promising. The decor was charming, and the atmosphere held the potential for a delightful evening. However this was all merely a facade hiding the chaos that lay ahead.We were quickly seated by an indifferent hostess and handed menus, leaving us with a glimmer of hope. However, that hope began to fade as we noticed the passing minutes turning into an hour without any sign of our food. Our stomachs growled in protest as we watched other tables receive their meals, leaving us baffled and hungry.To add insult to injury, our waiter seemed to have vanished into thin air. It was as if we were invisible, with no one tending to our needs or bothering to check on us. We desperately longed for someone to address our concerns or at least offer an apology for the extensive wait.As the minutes turned into an hour, we couldn't help but notice the unwelcome presence of mosquitoes. These relentless pests buzzed around our table, disrupting any chance of peaceful conversation and adding a layer of discomfort to an already frustrating situation. It was as if the restaurant's indifference had extended to its pest control measures.To make matters worse, our drinks took an eternity to arrive. It was as if the concept of time ceased to exist within the confines of this restaurant. Thirsty and exasperated, we resorted to flagging down a passing server, who seemed equally oblivious to our predicament. Eventually, our drinks arrived lukewarm and diluted, further compounding our disappointment.Unable to bear the torturous evening any longer, we made the decision to cut our losses and pay the bill. The taste of defeat mingled with our dissatisfaction, leaving a sour aftertaste that lingered long after we left the premises. Our evening, which held the promise of a delightful dining experience, had turned into an arduous ordeal that we would much rather forget.In conclusion, I cannot recommend St. Louis Bar & Grill - Guelph Clair Road Location to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience. The excruciating wait for food, the absentee waiter, the unwelcome mosquitoes, and the agonizingly slow drink service all contributed to an evening of frustration and disappointment. Save yourself the misery and seek out a more competent establishment where your time and enjoyment are valued.

I recently visited St. Louis Restaurant in Guelph with a friend, looking forward to indulging in their all-you-can-eat wings. However, what we encountered can only be described as a nightmarish experience filled with appalling service and an overall disrespectful attitude towards customers.Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted with what felt like the cold, unwelcoming atmosphere of a jail. The waitress immediately bombarded us with a series of strict rules, making us feel like prisoners under her jurisdiction. She goes off on some set of rules for their buffet No sharing food

Food was good when we got it but the service was extremely slow and poor. Never came back to ask for drink refresh, table asked for water as well as drinks never got the water. Server appeared to dislike being there. Restaurant did not seem busy but rather very disorganized. Watched many Uber and Skip drivers wait extended time to pick up orders. July 1, 630 on table of 4.
