I’ve always been a fan with Gong Cha! I’ve tried their bubble teas at different locations and it never disappoints!The only reason I took off one star is that I’m used to them asking me if I want slush or milk tea.I ALWAYS take slush.They didn’t ask and I guess I didn’t realize. But when I received my drink, it wasn’t a slush honey dew with tapioca.It was milk tea. The taste isn’t the same. I still enjoyed it but I prefer the slush 100%I still highly recommend if you are in the area!

We enjoy coming to this Gong Cha regularly during all times of the year. Jimmy does a great job of managing the location and taking care of the customers that visit. We appreciate this location very much!

Nice little bubble tea shop right by the subway station. This location doesn't have tables but have a long bench for customers waiting for take out. Unfortunately they don't have all the drinks like other locations, but still my favorite place as it's so close to the station. Lovely decor, friendly staffs and tasty drinks. Highly recommend their fruit drinks and smoothie

Made the wrong drink and I asked for it to be remade correctly as the drinks are already very expensive and refused and argued with me until i left. Rude will not come back again. Also as I was leaving another person came back in and told the guy that he also made his drink incorrectly. Overall very bad do not go here

I've always walked by this place when on Queen doing some shopping. It's really good, but the staff weren't that great when I went. They have a crazy amount of options to choose from which makes it a go-to place with a group of picky friends. The seating is limited and it gets crowded easily so it's best to take-out and find somewhere else to sit.

The interior is very serene and peaceful. Came here to introduce my lovely Hispanic friend bubble tea. We didn't know the biodegradable traw in the store is only for cold drinks, so my friend ordered a hot bubble tea with pearl and kanten jelly. The straw got soften immediately after contacting with the hot tea. When we talked to the staff, it seemed like this is an occuring problem. But the male staff said: well

It’s garbage. I ordered mango smoothie there no mango at all in it. Just ice and mango syrup and I paid 11$ for it including tip. Honestly, never going to order here again. But the staffs were nice.

Small Gong Cha location with limited seating area. I love getting their mango splash drink, matcha mango kanten jelly drink and their seasonal specials. While I love Gong Cha itself, the quality of drinks at this specific location seems off compared to the other locations I’ve been to. I like the one located in Eaton Centre just a little more.
