Best Kaiser ever!

Very professional company!

It is unclear to me as to how this company has had any good reviews. My experiences with this company have been extremely disappointing as our project has been held up because of them. We have failed every inspection that we have had on their work and some of the photos I have seen boggle the mind. I've reached out to Matt three times in the past two weeks and I have yet to hear back from him. This is not the type of company that I would ever do business with again and I strongly encourage you to avoid them at all costs. I completely understand that sometimes things can happen but in my opinion how these issues get resolved is most important. In this case it seems that they have no interest in resolving any of my concerns and have not taken one step towards making up some very valuable lost time. Their scope of work was scheduled to be completed within 6 weeks its now been 13 weeks and we are still waiting for them to complete. In the mean time the entire project has suffered because of them at great expense to our company. everything from installing beams in the wrong location, missed welds, missing bolts, terrible welds, no shows and much more. At one point they installed two critical posts in the wrong location, instead of swapping them over they cut them then rewelded them back together requiring yet another inspection and an x-ray. Not the kind of work we expected or paid for but lesson learned. They typically have three or less crew members on site which is not enough for a project of this size. My guess is that they are grossly understaffed and perhaps are utilizing less than ideal employees because they don't have enough good ones. Perhaps this review seems a little cruel but it is all true.

I've had the pleasure of working with Matt on a couple of projects now. Great communication and very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with this company. Job was done professionally, friendly, knowledgeable. Works well coordinating with other traids.
