Amazing service and advice on buying a new pillow as I was having neck pain. A suggestion of a stretching video and a cloud pillow and voila no more neck pain. No more costly chiro and massage!

Excellent customer service at the West Hills location! Quality product as well (I bought a duvet cover set, skirt and throw pillow). Easy, seamless return for an online order before that. I’d definitely recommend them.

I have shopped in this location several times since moving to signal Hill area a few months ago. I have had such great experiences dealing with the manager Margaret! I had bought gifts for a few family members as well as bedding for myself and my spare bedroom and she was able to help me coordinate with my furniture and decorations as well as help me to pick gifts that my family would love !The products from this company are great quality but the service is even better ! Thank you for everything :)

The service and selection at the West Hills location are exceptional. Jacqueline and Ivette were great help when I was looking a duvet set and sheets. Definitely a five star team.
