She blew my mind with her knowledge and vision and the importance of branding.She was patient and honest and most importantly she was passionate about what signage can do for a business.I love Landale signs and Laura is amazing.

The representative, David Solomon, was very prompt in getting back to us with a sketch of our sign and a quotation. The layout was what we had discussed and the price reasonable. Landale just did out interior and exterior signage for our new optometry office. Everything turned out great! And the whole process couldn't have been easier. Steve was awesome to work with. He would meet up with me wherever and whenever I needed, which was nice as there was a lot going on at that time and he gave me one less thing to worry about. They also did some signage for our family restaurant and that also turned out great! Would definitely recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would.The awning is beautiful, we love it. However, their installation crew decided to slap it up based off an artists rendition of how it looks instead of speaking with our contractor that was working on the building or contacting us to let us know that they were installing the awning.Once my contractor noticed they were there, he noticed the sign was about 10 inches too low to fit our security shutters underneath and asked them to move it up a bit. As soon as I was notified what had happened I phoned Landale and informed them what had happened and they told me to not worry.A few weeks later my invoice comes in and Landale has tacked on an additional $1300 for moving the awning up 10 inches. It took the crew of 3 with one pickup truck an hour to move this sign that wasn't even fully installed yet... and they charged $1300 for it! I contacted their general manager immediately regarding this charge and he promised to look into it.One month passed without word from him and I finally was fed up and sent them payment for the agreed amount prior to the additional charge. Only after they weren't paid in full" did their manager finally contact me again to offer me a deal - only $1150 - for moving an awning 10 inches

I had the pleasure working with David and the Team at Landale Signs on a few projects for Fitness Town Edmonton. I can say that David is a total professional and was happy to revise and tweak our proofs as many times as we needed! He was always quick to make changes and was in constant contact throughout the process. I can definitely recommend David & Landale Signs for any signage projects in Edmonton!

Go elsewhere! I had a sign made for my professional practice and Lisa Pogge was my account manager. She was scattered. She told me that a sign permit would cost $400, but tried to invoice me $500 for a permit application fee and an additional $450 to obtain a permit. The sign was late to be installed and the backer was marked, bent, had 2 seams and 16 visible screws on it. They refused to replace the backer. They took weeks and sometimes months to respond to my emails. After almost 10 months with no resolution I said, “come and take your sign and refund my deposit”, they told me “no because we can’t resell it”. Haha. I’m sure they would try! Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. I should have went to City Neon, I've heard nothing but great things.

unbelievable, simple project to quote, they apparently been in business for years so i expected a quick and reliable estimate, almost a week later and they have t even ed me. i was promised a quote within a couple days so friday afternoon, monday latest he said.....it's wednesday and they haven't even called me. don't waste your time because they love to waste yours. Not impressed!
