Courteous and pleasant service, all completed on time. We made the error not insisting on receiving a quote before agreeing to a small 2 hour move. Turned out to be an expensive mistake.

This business is out to take advantage of the elderly. We agreed to use this service and was estimated between $825 and $1,200 depending on the amount of time it takes to move my 89 year old mother!We made sure there was only the large items left to move on the day as 12 loads of items were moved prior to the moving day. We made sure the move was seamless and no headaches for my Mom as I had two other family members there to help empty all the items and put everything away.The bill was delivered the next day and my mother was charged $1,200!!When I contacted Blaine regarding this overcharge he replied with excuses such as charging us for the consultation, which was never discussed as a charge! He charged us for taking pictures with his phone! Who does that?? He charged us for phone calls, trying to tell me he received a number of calls from my Mother - and had to calm her down - my Mother called him once by accident and I called to confirm what time they would be there.His staff was polite and efficient but Blaine has taken total advantage of an 89 year old woman!This form of thievery is disgusting! Do not use this moving company if you don’t want to be ripped off.
