As a farmer's market , won't give it much rating because the stalls are very less. Parking is very tight too. But must go atleast once.

With (lucky) free parking on site, a good selection of fruits and overall.. very friendly vendors, staff and shoppers... a great little market. While the prices are a bit more steep than what you'd pay at a traditional grocery store or farm-market in the countryside, one can understand why.How can one top valet parking (never seen this before) for your bicycle? And FREE too. Smile.Get the BLACK cherries if they're still available, best we've had all season. Hey we even found okra on sale.. locally grown too!

I continue to be amazed at the positive reviews. I go to the market several times each year in hopes of purchasing produce that is fresh and in excellent condition. I also wish to support local farmers. My experience is that the “farmers” are unfriendly (and I wonder if they truly directly represent any local farmer) and the produce is often inferior and very expensive. At times a basket of produce will be arranged so that damaged or inferior produce is hidden.

Fresh farmer's fruits and vegetables. Tasty cooked food. Dozens of types of cheese and sausages. Now farmers accepted cash and credit cards. Parking inside the market.

Aside from Thames River, most of the other produce vendors are not actually direct from farmers, but purchase from the food terminal. Be mindful of who you buy from and their pricing.

It's a nice smaller farmer's market, but big for Port Credit. It looks well organized and it's a pretty good location with free parking across or up the street but not much directly on site. Live music sometimes makes it more lively. Prices are higher, whether it's because of COVIDflation or simply that the produce is more boutique. Some artisans too and the local Old Credit Brewing Company has free samples after 10.

As a vendor, I loved the atmosphere of the market. Everyone was friendly and the market was well organized. There were a lot of fresh produce, and I liked how there were only 3 handmade product vendors with special umbrellas to separate us from all of the food vendors!

Cheese vendor was my favorite booth - might have been called four brothers?, the guns hill curds are the freshest you will find. The price is really good considering the quality. Great flavour! Mad mexican had a very fresh smokey dip i couldn't say no to after sampling. These were more pricey and smaller containers, but fresh clean dips are not easy to come by. The thames farm products are every clean eats as well, although the spicy pickled scapes were sweet and spicy (I don't like sweet pickled, so my peeps be warned). I picked up some veggies.it looks like there's about three veggie /fruit vendors right now. Two look like legit farms, but the biggest one looks like a reseller of distribution centre veggies. I still bought there because we arrived close to closing and didn't want to hit up a grocery store later. They had a variety of live lettuce. The veggie price was comparable to say a sobeys or loblaws.
