This instructors at this gym are top notch and have had some awesome opportunities to train with them. One of the most fun and inclusive group of people you will ever meet. You walk in a stranger and are treated like family. All while Learning skills that will help you in all aspects. Not just self defense and healthy way to excercise. Could nt recommend them more.

Very well run group, the kids enjoy their sessions and look forward to their next class every week! The kids course is taught so well and at a level of enthusiasm that keeps the younger kids engaged throughout the entire class!
