From beginning my first call to get a quote, to the installation, the team was great. The team was caring, they respected my budget and my property. They went above and beyond Rick and Luis were the dream team of lining repair. Very happy with the office were great to work with. They showed integrity and patience through the process. I highly recommend this company.

The team Especially Louis and Rick were so professional and really explained the process educating me. They were so knowledgeable and that gave one confidence as they proceeded to put the liner in. Such a personally team and so organized and kept everything clean. 10/10

Plugged Piper did a lot of work as part of our basement renovation: re-lined our foundation drain, installed a sump pump and roughed in a bathroom. Excellent work, friendly Techs, and also very organized in terms of the back office functions ie scheduling, reachability. Have no hesitation recommending them.

Calvin was the gentleman who came to service our drain and toilet pipe. My daughter told me they were a good company. I called in the afternoon and they came the next day. Wonderful experience-would definitely recommend this company!P.S! Good price!!

We had a great experience with Plugged Piper. Roy came out the day after I called to assess and give us a free quote to line our existing clay piping. Every time I called, Sherry was very responsive. The calls rarely went to voicemail. She did all the paperwork for the subsidies available with the region of Halton. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend.

We had a disaster with another plumber who came to fix our main sewer line but failed. Roy came to save the day! They knew we had a tenant moving in and everything needed to be finished by that weekend. He gave us an incredible deal considering we were already out money from the previous shady plumber and rearranged their schedule to start work only 2 days later and finished on time. It was a high pressure situation and he made us feel completely comfortable and reassured this time we were in good hands. All the workers who came were professional and friendly guys who knew their stuff. Couldn’t be happier with their work and highly recommend them to everyone.

I had planned on doing this earlier and now I can't remember the gentleman who they sent to help me with a plugged drain. He was very professional and found the issue quickly. He explained what he was checking first and why. Very thorough.The person that I dealt with in the phone was very nice as well.This is the third time I've used them and I'm very happy with the results.A few years ago they had to break open my floor and replace some drains to fix a major issue as well.Thank you for helping.

We have no luck when it comes to contractor's especially plumbers. Past plumbers have ruined our basement apt we've had 2 plumbers do our Restaurant & they did a horrific job were still trying to fix their nightmare. We Call Plugged Piper & they help us right away from the first phone call to the repairing the damage they are very professionally, Calvin was are tech & he's super nice he explained everything to us assured us everything would be good to go in the morning so we could open the restaurant on time. We went to work 2 hours earlier because I thought we would have a big mess to clean up because that's what the other plumbers did too us but when we got there everything was spotless just like it never happened. I highly recommend.

We found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. The work completed was done correctly however it took an extremely long time and a lot of money to diagnose the problem with our clogged drain which turned into a cross connection issue. We found Plugged Piper to be expensive and disorganized at times. On two occasions technicians did not show up to the job when scheduled. This required us to accommodate additional days off work. We recognize mistakes happen, but it shouldn't happen twice. The part that upset us the most was when they demanded a 2.5% surcharge on our invoice in order to pay by credit card. We found this to be quite disrespectful given the missed appointments and stressful situation we went through. Overall the work was completed the staff are friendly but we found the price to be quite high. They could improve overall business practices and be more customer centric.
