I've been here a few times now and the staff are always so great! The sandwiches here are great ! Nice options for dining in and clean facility. The staff go above and beyond .

Not impressed, the sandwich was more of a ‘baguette’ then it was a ‘sub’ and the lettuce they were serving looked like it had been left out in the summer heat for a couple of days. Won’t go back to this location as I’ve given them a couple of chances and each time is a miss.

The chicken was not baked or heated or cooked. And after the survey on the bill when I asked for a cookies the server made a face as if I asked a cookie from her pay check

Great friendly service at this Subway. Plenty of parking at this location and it is a quiet place to dine a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of the Metropolis Metrotown mall. Just avoid the noon hour when school is in session, as it is blitzed by hungry kids from the nearby schools

I’m writing this review because I think it’s important for businesses to know when they have good stuff when I came in last night just before closing with my boyfriend we were greeted by Gurleen and even though we were coming in just before closing, some places, they don’t react well when you come in so late, but she was very friendly and kind greeting us with a smile She was very patient with us while we decided what we wanted on our sandwiches. Not only was she’s super quick and efficient when it came to making our sandwiches but she overheard me and my boyfriend talking about what and start getting it ready for him but when he had questions about sauce and stuff, she was very informative about like what was exactly in the sauces to give him an idea of the taste giving really good recommendations about what kind of sauces would go really well with his sandwich There was three of us in the store at that time and she was able to get all of us run through the till within about 15 I work in customer service, and I have never seen service this good in a fast food restaurant she was so kind and so knowledgable and really paid attention and listen to us. I feel like she’s a great asset to your team.

It was wonderful experience visiting this restaurant. Staff is so energetic every time i visit the restaurant. I wonder how they manage to have such a positive attitude on busiest days too. Well done.

I ordered 2 of the sidekicks, and a footlong sub. The two sidekicks had tomato which I am allergic too. I called and asked and they said they were very busy. However, Adding tomato and cucumber is something I didn't add to that order. I am not happy with how they handled themselves. I also allergic to seafood, and I have noticed when someone has a tuna subs ahead of me, I'll ask the staff to not use the same knife, they wipe the knife into a towel that is dirty with previous wipings and try to cut my sandwich. Watch for this.

I got the chicken bacon ranch which I get everytime I go to subway and this location on several occasions make the worst most skimpy sandwiches I have ever had at a subway and when u ask for more toppings for the money your paying u get met with attitude from the girls and have also been told no thats how it's made I will no longer go to this location and spend my money I've tried giving them the benefit of a doubt thinking maybe they were just having a bad day but it's on going so say goodbye to my business.
