Tyson was an an awesome realtor who we found by chance. We were new to the area and really needed someone who knew the area and could match us up to what we were looking for. Tyson worked tirelessly on our behalf and we were both so happy with our purchase in the fall of 2021. He was so different than the normal real-estate persona. He was very professional yet easy to communicate with and had our best interest at heart. We were so happy with his service we asked him to continue supporting us in another smaller transaction we needed assistance with. as well.

Tyson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in providing me with recommendations for what I needed. He was able to articulate things in 'plain-speak', which was very helpful for someone with limited understanding of the industry. Tyson was also very communicative and prompt in his responses, which I also appreciated.

Tyson was amazing from the start, gave him all of our details on where and how much we wanted to spend and he opened our eyes to what we could do. Started off looking at condos then Tyson made us realize that a house was posable. Tyson recently helped me sell my mother's home on her behalf. Tyson was wonderful. The home is part of a retirement village, and the village conducts external audits on properties at the time of a sale. The audit revealed a large number of small issues, some of which required contractors. The house is in Guelph and I live in Brantford (about 1 hour away). Tyson was willing to arrange for the contractors and even took care of minor jobs himself. He was very professional. Tyson sent me quotes to approve (for the contractors) and dealt with them onsite. That saved me MANY trips to Guelph, and at the time, my time was far better spend helping my mother adapt into her new home. Tyson's help was a real gift!! Tyson understands what it is like to have to move a parent.
