All of his staff and the sub contractors that he uses were highly skilled, friendly, punctual, and did excellent work. The job site was always left very clean and the debris taken away promptly.It says a lot about Scott and his company's philosophy that he can attract and hold onto such skilled tradespersons.Factory Edge renovated one of our main bathrooms. The outcome was exactly what we envisioned. We highly recommend them.

We hired Factory Edge Construction for a complete reflooring, cabinet and fireplace project, and couldn't be happier with the results. Right from the first consultation, Scott was very professional and organized. He asked very specific questions about our needs. All the expectations were spelled out clearly in the contract. His crews were prompt, polite, and very skilled. Very responsive to any minor deficiencies. Very clear regarding costs and there were no surprises with the final bill. Scott Turner and Factory Edge did a complete condo renovation in the West End for my wife and I.They did an absolutely quantity job, and were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.They were very effective at working in a condo in the densest part of the city, and effectively dealt with the strata and neighbors.They were very flexible and sensitive to our preferences, and had an excellent six sense on when to bring us on site to make key decisions.We found Scott to be unfailingly professional in all aspects.I would recommend Factory Edge without hesitation to anyone looking for a quality contractor.

Scott and his team did a phenomenal job on an unusual renovation project. He helped me complete a project while I was living across the country - directing the interior design from afar. They did a full kitchen reno in the first instance, and after the success of that job we hired them to do the bathroom gut as well. I had Factory edge come in to do a complete renovation of our master bathroom. They were amazing right from the first meeting with Scott. All the guys were polite and respectful. That meant a lot as we were living there while the renovation was happening. The finished product was exactly what we had been dreaming of. The team at Factory Edge is fantastic. Scott is professional, responsive and easy to work with. I think the thing which impressed me the most, however, is his commitment to doing the right thing. Our project did encounter an unexpected bump in the road, but Scott stepped up, took full responsibility and made it right, no questions asked.
