Stile Glass

Stile installed the glass in my home. I just moved into my house last week. From the very first week we owned the house, the installation of the glass is showing it’s flaws. My office is glass with black grids. The black grid on the upper panel is already peeling back.The glass installed in my master shower is leaking from the very first day we took a shower. So far I am not impress with this. I mean it’s just the first week. What’s going to happen in a month or a year?They did install a mirror in my basement washroom and that looks to be done correctly.I will continue to update the progress and the response from Stile. Hoping they will make this right in a timely matter.

We are fitting our bathrooms and we have consulted Stile glass.So far, the customer experience is good and although they are busy, they have been transparent, while keeping us up to date.We checked with Mya about our fixtures and she's been most helpful and accommodating to our requests and gave us several useful quotes, even we are a bit nit-picky. All in all, they've been great to us and while we finalize our fixtures, we are also hoping they deliver on the high quality that we saw on their websites and a random visit to our friend's place, where they had also installed, more or less, the same fixtures we are after. We'll be more than happy to update this review when our bathroom is completed.

Unfortunately this company was contracted to do the shower doors, mirrors, and built in drawers in our new build. The first mirror they sent was chipped, and fortunately replaced. They do a poor job caulking, as it is incredibly uneven in numerous spots. Towel racks were scratched. The installed drawers don’t close properly. Our ensuite shower door was cracked at the bottom exposing a gap and sharp glass, but when we took possession clearly they swept it up and didn’t bother reporting this issue. This is what bothered me the most. Incredibly unprofessional. Still no word from them for over a month after being notified of this issue. Take your money somewhere else if possible.
