Dura Supreme Cabinetry

I have worked with Dura Supreme for 16 years, I showroom has carried this line for over 30 years. They have consistently been the most consistent cabinet line we have worked with when it comes to quality, customer service and keeping up with styles and color trends. Dura cabinets can be completely customized and have a great price point. Their finish and construction is superior to almost all lines we have worked with.

If I could give negative stars I would. Purchased Dura Supreme kitchen cabinets from Seigle’s Cabinets. We put in a “reservation” (official order for cabinets without having signed the contract yet) for cabinets on 5/26/22. Working with our designer Amber was a joke, she was disorganized, scattered, and not proactive. In person meeting with her were left unfinished and very little was accomplished. She was constantly making mistakes. Forgetting to add requested items to the design, never realizing on her own, it was our responsibility to make sure she did her job. We had asked for solid wood cabinets and we were directed by Amber and the president of Seigle’s to Dura Supreme cabinets. Amber said they met all of my requirements, solid wood cabinets with dove tail solid wood drawer boxes as well as capable of doing mirrored mullion cabinet doors. After signing the contract there was no communication unless there was an issue, then it was a mad dash to find a solution. We were given an estimated delivery date of 11/24/22. 10/4 Amber called to ask if we’d like our cabinets early- 12/5. I was taken aback because “early” was actually late. The week before delivery I’m told one cabinet will not be arriving (backorder) the remaining were delivered on 12/5. We only opened the tops of boxes to check measurements and verify colors were correct. Two of the wall cabinets didn’t have finished sides and we there was missing light rail, they had to be reordered and didn’t arrive for 5 weeks. After 33 weeks of waiting for cabinets we were told the last should be arriving, so our contractors began. Our cabinets were delivered by seigles into our home where they sat unopened and un disturbed until they were ready to be installed. 1/9 our contractors begin opening wall cabinet boxes and there were dents dings chips on many of the cabinets. The damage was underneath the protective packing provided for transport, many items were dented or damaged behind the fixed and secure full overlay doors. When the contractors began opening the base cabinet boxes almost every cabinets sides (the area that meets the floor and the cabinets stand on) were broken. Not just chipped or dented, I mean broken falling apart crumbing into pieces. How would solid wood boxes fall apart so easy? Well well surprise surprise we didn’t in fact order solid wood cabinets Amber actually ordered us furniture board cabinets!! Requested items were missing flip down drawers and tray dividers and the kitchen sink base had the wrong colored finished sides!! I called Mark Seigle the president of Seigle’s cabinets told him about the mix up and the broken cabinets he said he would get back to me and I emailed a few pictures. I made a photo file in my phone called broken cabinets with 80+ pictures. The next morning I drove to Seigle’s and showed Mark the pictures. He scheduled a site visit to see in person the terrible cabinets we received. We’ve been told by DS and S that cabinet’s apparently don’t need feet to stand on so the broken bases are irrelevant. The cabinet boxes are not square and joints overlap or fall short, it looks like a child assembled the cabinets. We’re told caulk will cover the uneven gaps along the crown moulding and light rail. Nothing will be done about the unsquare and improperly assembled cabinet boxes. Corners of finished cabinets are dented chipped and peeling- were told a furniture repair company will address these issues. There’s stuff stuck in the paint on many of the painted doors with cracks and open joints on just as many. Some drawer boxes don’t fully retract or retract unevenly. They have to reorder items that came wrong and are unusable, so it will be another 6 weeks wait. When I asked for the damaged and crooked cabinets to be replaced and made correctly and at least be made square, I was told no. To Seigle’s and Dura Supreme it’s totally acceptable to sell someone damaged brand new cabinets and offer no correction.

As a professional designer in the kitchen industry. I have found Dura Supreme to be so helpful with my clients.The value of Dura Supreme gives me a palette to work with in fulfilling all my clients needs.Designing a kitchen is very much the same as creating a painting. You need paint , colors, brushes , drawing paper , erasers – style of painting to each his own.Same holds true with designing a kitchen and Dura Supreme gives me that ability to do that for my clients. For example Dura Supreme allows my clients to select accessories that add value to their organizational details that my clients want. It’s the ability to design in the interior of the cabinet.I can design for a client who is interested in the European style of cabinetry ( FRAMELESS CABINETRY ) and give them a door style that is contemporary or traditional .I can design for a client who wants FRAMED CABINETRY or inset frame or beaded inset or a standard overlay door. Stacked wall cabinets for high ceilings.I can design Island that are at my figure tips with modern updated appeal.Style trends are another thing I appreciate from Dura Supreme . Trends are always changing , but I don’t have to worry about my palette running dry on old paint. They stay up to date and make the changes so I don’t have to worry about it. Best of all my clients don’t have to worry either.Also if you need customization on a particular cabinet. That’s not a problem. Having the ability to make dreams come true for my clients is what Dura Supreme does for me. It makes it a joy to design with .If your planning a kitchen and looking for exceptional cabinetry. Dura Supreme is the cabinetry that allows me to make it happen.That’s what its all about.

We have had multiple issues with the cabinets we received and instead of apologies or attempts to make things right we have gotten nothing but excuses and poor customer service. We received the wrong cabinet and then waited more than a month for the right one to come in delaying our whole job. Then the replacement cabinet came damaged and now we are waiting for another month. We were told that we just have to wait and there is nothing they can do for us. I wish we had gone with another company because of the way we have been treated. I understand things happen but is seems to keep happening, the bigger issue is the poor communication and customer service.

Dura Supreme is the TOP vendor that we sell at our showroom and there is a reason. They have one of the strongest paint finishes in the industry, the quality of the cabinetry is incredible, it is so easy to customize with their product, and they are an eco-friendly company. I always lead my clients directly to their products when selling. They also have very reasonable pricing and they can customize many of their items for no charge. They stand behind their product, are so quick to get replacements for my clients, and have some of the shortest lead times in the industry. I will recommend EVERY TIME!Thanks Dura for making cabinets that I can feel safe buying for my clients!!

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. My husbands and I ordered 5 base cabinets from this company for our bathroom vanity back in November. We have still not received our cabinets. Initially we were told they would be ready in February. When February came we were told a date in March. The March date came and still no cabinets. We were then told April. That day had also has come and gone and still no cabinets. Most recently we are being told they will be ready in May.This company should be completely embarrassed and ashamed of how they handle their business.Bottom line, if you ever want to receive your cabinets do yourself a favor and order from someone else.

I just completed the installation of my 2nd kitchen using Dura Supreme Cabinetry. My previous kitchen was 12 years old and held up great with 3 boys and a big Lab. During a whole house remodel we decided to go from country to a more modern style. So we chose Dura Supreme, once again for kitchen #2. We went with a clean looking door called Dempsey in painted white. Wow the kitchen looks great. I don't plan on another kitchen while living in this house, but if I move I would seek out a Dura Supreme dealer in my new area.

Absolutely love working with Dura Supreme cabinetry. My customers get the best bang for their buck which is very important these days! They offer a wide variety of styles and I can customize finishes and products if needed. I also have purchased them for my own home and love them!

Love their curated color selection and durable finish. We order with dura regularly and have no issues with shipping either. This is a high quality product.

I made a huge order (well over 100,000) through a local dealer. Unfortunately, the dealer has had some major health issues in the family & has been limited in the help they can give us with the reorder process replacing quite a few cabinets that came in wrong, broken, & damaged. Feeling bad for their situation & needing to get moved in to my new home, I’ve reached out to Dura Supreme several times to see if they can help me. The girl answering the phone said she would give my message to the sales rep. Nobody has returned my call. So, if you order from Dura Supreme & something goes wrong with your dealer, Dura Supreme won’t work with the customer even though your complaint is with them with wrong, broken & damaged cabinets.Thank u for your response to my review but as I stated above, as much as our dealer would like to help us, they are unable to due to major health problems, they are a small Mom & Pops operation. We have tried on several occasions, calling the factory, explaining our situation, & they have said they would have the sales rep call us. We have been assured the message is getting to him but we’ve yet to receive a call back.
