So relieved to have my wheelchair tuned up today. I was having problems with the getting the back to clock in, and the brakes were not working 100% and Lee worked out that things had become bent and somehow moved out of place. I stopped in and asked for help and he spent quite a lot of time adjusting the metal bits to make the back fit, then he adjusted the brakes and put air in my tires, which was why the beaks didn’t work !! I am so happy to be able to come into a store with real people who can help. This is why we need physical stores in our town to shop at !! Thanks so much for all the help!

I spoke with Dino after realizing that I was dangerously low on supplies! He arranged for Summer too go above and beyond on the weekend, while they were closed! She went to the store and delivered the supplies! Thank you so much!

My niece had a life altering accident 3 years ago and Dino and his team have been there to guide us and have gone above and beyond to ensure her needs were and continue to be met. They’re invested in her well being and have been and continue to guide our family through the challenges she faces. We feel she is in good hands with not only the knowledge and expertise, but the personalized attention to her specific requirements.We can’t thank you enough!

Wow! So many thanks to everyone at NSM - Summer, Jim, Matt, Dino and Felipe. I am from Ontario and fractured my leg skiing and required surgery in Kelowna. The people at NSM were beyond great and lovely. They hooked me up with everything from a hospital bed, install of adaptive devices in Airbnb, and got me out of a very uncomfortable wheelchair and into something that was property adjusted for me. Thank you again to the entire NSM team.

10 year old floor to ceiling pole collapsed on my guys head and both landed on floor. Company had Ian out within hours to install a new and better one. Such professional and accommodating gentleman and wonderful company to do business with.

Felipe was very friendly and welcoming and helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. Loved that they even let me bring my dog in the store with me.
