The only Pharmaprix in the are that does not accept printed coupons from manufacturers websites.

The “supervisor” Joelle is so rude that she simply reject the return of a stuff I purchased on the same day. There was sign on the receipt and shelf saying that item is on final sale. When I asked her to explain why it was final sale or nor returnable, she started yelling and pointing the finger to me. Joelle you’re so rude without any customer service mentality and uncivilized.

It is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 3 years and have had countless issues while renewing my medication but today was BY FAR the worst encounter I’ve had, to date!I received a phone call from the pharmacist insisting my prescription was “ready for pick-up”. Here’s the problem, I now live in Ottawa and transferred my file over a week ago, to a new pharmacy. I called this pharmacy back and insisted that I had never asked for my file to be transferred back to Quebec, nor had I requested that specific medication be filled in the first place! The pharmacist laughed at me, told me AND I QUOTE “Oh I must have just made that story up than!” I was shocked, to say the least. I asked that my file be transferred back to Ottawa and politely asked that they not contact me again. Appalling.I would highly recommend, from 3 years of dealing with this pharmacy, go elsewhere.

They Refused to return a hair straighter that I had bought on site. Supervisor said that the manager asked them to refuse returning these items.Receipt clearly had 30 day return policy on it.Ended up returning it at another shoppers without any questions.Will not be coming back to this store.

Usually have a good customer service at that pharmacy counter I’ve been getting my prescription there for more than 15 years.But today I had the worst service . The pharmacist “Caroline” was very rude she even sarcastically repeated an answer I gave, that she misunderstood. I had questions about my RAMQ since I’ve been under it from less than a year … she treated me as if I was stupid. She spoke loudly as if I could not understand what she was saying… which wasn’t the case all the other client where watching and listening … very unprofessional. What a shame !

went buy Tyleno for family,it was 1 year expired!!!from 2021!I can’t believe it !it is 2022 July ,expired 12 month ago!from 1 year ago they still sale it !and it was medicine!at least find it out before take it!I went the whole way back ,buy a new one go back home it was 9pm!so disappointed from the store.when you buy medicine watch out for the expired date!
