My mom and I went there.. order 2 bubble teas .. at first the staff didn’t greet or smile upon our arrival.. when my mom start driving on our way home.. I notice my drink has no sugar so we went back.. there are some costumers at that time.. and so my mom told her that my drink has no sugar added and the white lady with blonde hair grab the bubble tea and without saying a word she make another one and forcely put on the counter without apologizing.. so rude .. my mom gave a tip by the way…

Was a decent selection of drinks here…The service was a bit slow. I have definitely been to better places for bubble teas so I feel that 3 out of 5 stars is fair

Great drinks, nice place to study since it has a good atmosphere. But why is there an employee smoking inside the establishment? Every time I go here there’s always cigarettes in the air, Often lasts for more than 30 mins. Please smoke outside…

My kids and I would always get our milk tea and egg waffle here at Gong Cha, Betts Ave.We always tried different flavors every time we're there. Egg waffles are the best

The best bubble tea place yet in Saskatoon. Definitely better than the other bbt chains in town.I find the difference is not the chain itself. It's how authentic the flavour the tea is. That's what this store excels in. friendly staff! Service was quick and professional.

I came here earlier and my server Cecilia was so nice and super sweet and gave me exactly what I wanted. She was really nice and very efficient considering she seemed to be the only one working and was in the middle of the rush she's an amazing employee!!

I always enjoy the drinks here! I love gongcha, and since this place have opened it's been nice to have one close where I live. The drinks are really good! I usually order a drink with pudding as a topping instead of black pearls or jelly. Although on one instance the person taking my order told me that they can't/don't do that which confused me because I've always asked for it. Besides that this is a great store to buy drinks. gongcha > chatime
