I’m in Brossard for work for a month and was so incredibly happy to find this CF gym nearby! The vibe there is amazing, coaching superb and the members are super friendly. Definitely would recommend!!

I did the intro class with Crossfit ADM, It was my first time ever doing crossfit. The coaches are super supportive and give great feedback to improve technique. A lot of classes throughout the day and every day. I would definitely recommend to anyone who would like to try a good fun workout!

Amazing gym! Attentive and caring coaches will help guide you whether starting out, getting back into it or trying to PR. The gym is large, clean and well ventilated. Equipment is top notch and the community of people make it world class!

Spacious, not at all intimidating for first time experience. Lovely people and coaches. I wish there were other locations in Montréal or in Laval.

A wonderful and welcoming community. Super supportive and accommodating environment. Definitely recommend to have a solid workout, sweat like mad and make some friends. Check them out!

It can be tough to visit CrossFit gyms when travelling out of province. That was not the case with CrossFit ADM. Sab was very welcoming and the coaching was superior. The space is awesome. I will definitely come back whenever I travel to Brossard. 100% recommend.

CrossFit ADM is a good CrossFit gym with good coaches with experience who knows what they are doing.Something I particularly like about CF ADM is their open gym. If you’re someone who wants to do CrossFit and practice on your skills on your own free time I strongly recommend.The only downside at ADM is that they do not have enough equipment or some of the equipments are a bit old. Personally it doesn’t bother me so far as it’s functional.Thank you Sabina for your coaching.
