Worst taxi service. Their driver admitted to me that if he's not in traffic he's not making money. I told him i was late for my flight and he suddenly knew all the fastest routes to get there.Get an uber instead.

Horrible customer service. I lost something in a cab and even armed with the specific number of the taxi i took, I was repeatedly brushed off. No one returned my calls. No one cared. Customer service like this is exactly the reason customers are choosing other options like Uber and Lyft. Would not recommend this company

Worst taxi ride I've ever taken. Driver tried to lie to me about airport transportation and repeatedly insulted me when it wasn't clear that I had to sign the receipt. Rider beware.

The driver was rude and stunk of very bad Body Odour. I felt sick and dirty when I got out of the cab. Disgusting. Toronto Island Airport Authority and City of Toronto Health Board should not allow this company to pick up passengers.

Worst taxi company ever. I called and booked a taxi, they said they gonna come within 10-15 minutes. But I waited 30 minutes, and they still didn't come. I had to ended up booking with another company while chilling in wind. I actually doubt they really booked the taxi for me or not. Because now its already 1 hours later than when I called, and they still didn't call me. If they sent a taxi they would called me when they arrive.

The driver kept on lying to me, saying I needed a flat rate (I didn't), assuming that I was a tourist and trying to ripe me off, lying that I had to pay cash, etc. I was VERY uncomfortable riding with him.

If you could only give negative stars.... Terrible drive. Went the wrong way at the passengers expense. Then failed to return lost items left in the cab.
