Cydcom installed a hot water on demand system into my hair salon. We had older plumbing and the demand system was a bit of an experiment. After a few adjustments, The technicians made absolutely sure we were 100% satisfied with the unit. And we are thrilled! Excellent customer service!!

I used Cydcom to install my furnace - big mistake. What I paid for a furnace I already had to spent on repairs. Every time $ 500 just for showing up. The same code 3 times in a row - pressure switch. Very bad experience with their service. I am not going to call them again for service or repair as I do not these people anymore.

I went to three different contractors after my furnace broke down, all of them wanted me to make an appointment 3+ days later, which could have completely destroyed my house and make it inhabitable because of the extreme cold weather freezing my pipes and potentially exploding them, these other bigger companies appeared to want to sell me a new furnace, the first thing they all asked me was how old my furnace was which felt to me like they were pushing on me that I should purchase a brand new furnace which would have costed me thousands of dollars in installments, they did not even consider inspecting my current furnace first or just fixing my old one first which was perfectly fine despite its age.However, Cydcom Services LTD, particularly Darren, the service guy inspected it, and saved me thousands of dollars and was very honest with his pricing, and all he did was change my gas valve, thermocouple, and burners and he told me that my furnace was fine despite it being older.I am so grateful for his honesty, reliability, and promptness. I was recommended to him by a friend and I am not disappointed because I would never be able to afford a new furnace which these bigger companies seem so keen on pushing as the standard if you have an older furnace.As a consumer I felt very happy to support a honest small family business owner rather than the big ones with very shady business practices. I would highly recommend anyone to use Cydcom Services LTD if they have any issues with their furnace, I saved thousands of dollars thanks to this company.
