A couple weeks ago we made the decision to sell our house and move to something bigger. It was our first time selling and we didn't know what to expect, Kim and Gerry made this process quick, easy and stress free. They had our house on the market and sold all within 6 days ( sold over asking) ☺ I would highly recommend the lodwick team. Best experience EVER.

I have known Kim for some time but didn't decide to use the Lodwick Team until just recently. They were awesome, They set a fair price and then thoroughly exceeded my expectations by bringing in multiple offers and selling my house for 121% of the asking price. They also helped coordinate my move north, and were always there when I had questions through the process. They were very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend the Lodwick Team to anyone trying to sell their house. They really can get you more than average agents.

Lindsay Marsh was a pleasure to work with. Quick to respond and really cares about the needs of her clients. Very patient and allowed us (her clients) to have the time to make our own personal decision on our home purchase without pressuring us. Dealing with a multi-generational family is not easy, yet she took into consideration every request and needs that we individually voiced out. Takes the time to show us any home we wanted to see within a reasonable timeframe/location. If we ever had to make another purchase in the future, we would definitely want to have Lindsay as our realtor again!
