Was about to pay apple to repair my charging port, but instead came into mobile care and they took such good care of me! They repaired my charging port within 5mins! I highly recommend! Great customer service!

The two guys at the desk are so friendly and they are so nice. I got my new phone case and screen protector from them and I absolutely love it. I even came back to tell them thank you again and again for their hard work. Without them, my phone would be shattered by now

⚠️BEWARE⚠️The experience is unbelievable and time-consuming after they fixed my phone screen but broken the phone speaker. The staff claimed responsibility but then went on vacation for two/three months. Because they don't keep notes, the other staff said they need to contact their management.One month later, management/supervisor/customer service still haven't replied to my emails/voicemails. They always have one staff at the store. The staff claims they still can't find their supervisor/manager after visiting the store or calling them many times. This is partly a review and partly a request to get some response.

Great experience having battery replaced in iPhone 11 today. Was completed in 20 minutes. Was originally going to Apple and saw this store across the way. Would recommend to anyone needing a phone battery. Friendly courteous and professional. Thanks!!

January 2021 spent $168 replacing glass back and camera lens glass for iPhone XR. Put it in case and left in drawer until this morning. Took it out of its case using thumb and moderate pressure to remove from case and the glass cracked easily under very minor pressure. Called mobile care and they “offered discounted repair” of $110?!? I get it’s been 7 months but the phones been sitting in a drawer unused the entire time so it’s obvious the new crack is due to substandard glass replacement or improper installation. Was told nothing more I can do. Best I can do is $95 to replace the glass again. Gimme a break. Avoid this shop at all costs. Better to go to Apple directly and have them do the work needed for whatever the cost cuz these guys are either using lousy materials or have no clue how to install correctly. See pics. One of the best experiences I have had here went to fix my phone had a charging issue and the manager was so polite to me and helped me with the best deal with the best price highly recommend this store….. Also they have designer cases and unbreakable protectors which is one of the best I have seenWill surely visit this place again and againFully satisfied

Went in for an iphone 11 camera repair. Everything done within 1 hr. Great service and great assistance to answer all of my questions. Perfect and highly recommend.

Had an issue with my phone and had to take the screen protector and when i went back and told him the issue replaced the screen protector for free.really friendly guy there
