My mother and I were Christmas shopping have a great day. Stopped into this store and bought 2 blankets. While my mom was paying, I asked the 2nd cashier who was not with a customer if I could have change for a $20. She said no. I replied no? even if we are shopping here?". She didn't respond but the cashier assisting my mom said OK OK

The sales lady who worked on Jan 6th afternoon around 5:15-6:00pm, she is the worst sales in the world, she is so mean and rude, not help customers at all , her attitude acts like do not bother me . She refuses helping ,only says No!" when you ask her questions

Great shopping experience at the Metrotown location. Prices are always good with a wide selection of products. Staff is helpful when called upon and seemed knowledgeable in the products which is reassuring and made me feel confident in the product I picked. Will be coming back for more home products in the future!

Me and my husband bought a really nice duvet and two pillows here, I am very pleased with the price for the quality of the product, which is something you can’t easily find. Mandy assisted us with finding what we wanted and delivered exceptional customer service, with a beautiful smile. I will definitely be back to buy other things I will need in the future.

I had an impatient and shallow employee help" us. She was so rude to my family when we asked her questions about their products... she couldn't even understand what we were talking about! We felt so unwelcome in the store because the employees were hovering over our behaviour while we shopped around. Super unprofessional and unwelcoming."

Good experience, I went there to buy duvet and had no idea what to look for. I met a wonderful person named crystal she walked past me checked in and offered help, was so nice and also knowledgeable! Big thumbs up! Cannot compliment her work enough :)

I'm very happy to shopping QE in Metrotown. I’d already done my homework and expected to have my many questions answered transparently and efficiently. Ellie was most courteous and thorough, making me aware of details on particular features and styles of bedding and accessories. Her responses were concise and convincing! From beginning to end, she gave me confidence that I had the best value and will be completely satisfied with the service. After I left the store, every step was promptly followed up by Ellie to ensure nothing was missed. Coming to this QE location turned out to be the wisest decision for product and price. Feb 9/21, 10am, i stopped by the Metrotown location looking for bedding. Friendly greeting as I walked in, i browsed a bit, the sales associate Ellie was very helpful, she was a delight! She showed me all the bamboo duvet covers, sheet sets and duvet to choose from (there are alot to choose from). There was no pressure sales at all, she helped another customer and came back to answer my questions. I picked out my bedding, they even tell you how to care for your duvet/ duvet cover. It was very easy shopping. Very good service, friendly staff. (Ive always loved the bamboo / tencel sheets here).
