These guys are the best when it comes to Mack trucks. I live in Surrey and refuse to ever deal with the terrible service and pricing of Mack Trucks in Surrey. Nanaimo Mack is the best Mack dealer in British Columbia the staff is honest, helpful and always eager to help.

You don't get treated like a customer here. You get treated like family! Fantastic staff who provide the right parts and service.

We had a great experience with the Mack Service Department a couple of weeks ago. I called up mid day (from across the province near the Alberta border) and got Ryan - the Shop Manager. We had a real conundrum on our hands - a no start situation on an 05 Mack Granite, that we had created, but it took the resources and genius of Ryan to solve. What set Vancouver Island Mack and Ryan above the rest is that he had ideas about the problem immediately, and was really willing to dedicate the time and energy to help solve the problem. He had to do a fair bit of digging to figure this out, and a considerable amount of time was required, but he was relentless and really went the extra miles to help a customer in need. I don't think he would have given up until we had that Mack running no matter how long it took! We were in good hands and were extremely grateful for his expertise and professionalism in how he tackled this problem. So, a huge 5 star+ thank you to Ryan at Vancouver Island Mack - and hopefully more of the other dealers service departments will take notice and subsequently display some of the dedication and willingness to help out customers in need that are such a long way from their dealers. And, to be fair and complementary to other Mack Dealers, we have had some incredible after hour service technician and parts assistance at times over the past year as well - For those of us out in the middle of nowhere, we rely heavily on the expertise and knowledge of Mack Service and Parts Departments when we run into problems (and are extremely grateful for all of their help). We sincerely thank Ryan for his assistance and his appreciation and understanding of the obstacles we face in these situations. Our experience with this dealership started about 18 years ago and shortly into our first Mack truck we left" this dealer is the worst we've ever seen. The following years we had our truck serviced at Regina Mack which provided outstanding service every time and the last 2-3 years on and off in Vancouver Annacis Island Vancouver

Best truck dealership on the island.Beyond incredible service

Had my truck in for CVI. Took 2 weeks. They took the truck into the shop. Found one thing wrong took it back out order the part fixed it. Found another thing wrong. Took it back out order the part fixed it and so on and so on. Charged for every time they started and moved the truck. Did not have the ability to diagnose and do the CVI find the thing's that was wrong and order all the parts and fix them. Stalling tacktick. I have Never paid anyone 4 hours to replace break before on one wheel. Order door handle that 3 months later had not showed up. They wanted to charge me restocking for a part they could not get. Totally incompetent people. Useless. Never ever would I recommend this shop to my worst enemy.

Flew in From Edmonton to buy a used truck. Salesman described the options of the truck over the phone, but upon inspection, found the rear suspension was not as described. Could have been an honest mistake, but they would not give back my $500 deposit. Needless to say, flew back home without a truck.

Went to buy supplies and truck parts. Excellent helpful staff. great selection and prices.

We brought in the truck to these guys and after the job we went through the bill and found out we had been charged for things not even done. When we tried to talk with management we were sluffed off and given numerous excuses about how it was our fault. When you rip off the every day Joe your also ripping off his family and his kids and taking food off our table, hope you guys sleep well.

Very helpful these fine people got me off the road and then back on the rd yesterday with there mobile mechanic huge save and very much appreciated
