Good people unfortunately had to fight with some wheels left on a vehicle. When I called to ask what I need to do to bring a full vehicle in all they told me was fluids need to be completely drained and fuel tank to be removed. I got there and apparently the tires had to come off also which I did not have tools for. Other then that would have been quick and easy

I showed up with a utility trailer full of clear bagged and counted bottles and cans. Upon seeing this the worker I approached became surly and ignorant. While this was taking place my girlfriend who was standing next to my truck was approached by another worker who after we left I found out was surly with her. I've never had an experience at a place of business like that before. I only gave them one star so I could leave this information with the public

Longtime customer- the guy who helps in the yard is great! Just went there and though masks have already been not mandated for over 9 months, they (though I was very kind) refused to serve me inside without a mask they passive aggressively pushed toward me.I’m pretty sure this is illegal and am looking to report it. Never had any kind of service like that before- I’m not argumentative at all, but know that this isn’t right… their sign out front even says “masks recommended” though I suppose they should take that down as they aren’t recommended but required.Disappointed! Otherwise I’ve liked this place! Can we move on from 2020 fear please?
