Based on a few interactions, visits, appointments, and friends’ experiences, I feel 4/5 is justified.I’ve had overall great experiences with their knowledgeable staff members, found that they give good effort for customers, good pricing on tires, and have found that they are fair for Safety inspections (only identifying issues that are truly present, unlike some shops that try to make untruthful money off of customers).I have found their mount/balance price to be overly pricy at $30 per wheel.And I do wonder why there has been such a shuffle in staff members (one of the mechanics I appreciated the most is not there anymore).Overall, they seem to treat customers fairly, have reasonable prices, great prices on tires, and do proper Safety inspections!Have not been impressed with the lady who answers the phone sometimes though, she has not been the most friendly and not the most knowledgeable it seems.

I have had many bad experiences with garages trying to take advantage of me, as I am a young woman and so I was nervous trying out summit customs with the new ownership. However, the owner or manager spent a lot of time talking to me about what the best course of action would be with my vehicle given that it was older and required significant repairs each year. A couple months ago, this garage actually talked me OUT of doing anymore repairs on the vehicle as the repairs would cost more than the car was worth, which they could have easily made a lot of money from. That to me says a lot about the ethics of the garage. Not to mention they were efficient with the inspection and stopped at every step to explain to me what they found and what it actually means in a way that I could understand. Incredible customer service. Sadly I moved out of the area, but I have been referring friends and family ever since.

The folks at summit customs are great! I brought my vehicle in for work, they gave me all of the details and pricing, then waited for authorization before proceeding. They completed the work quickly and did a great job!

They did work on my vehicle that had the same work done 12 months prior (transmission filter and kit) and because I didn’t recall or even think at the moment the work I had done, I of course agreed to have my truck taken care of. Which doesn’t have to be done but every 50,000km and they did it again at 6000km. My truck is well maintained and had absolutely no issues until they worked on it. So it’s my fault I authorized work they ripped me off to do. I originally went there for winter tire installation which they wouldn’t have made any money on and left paying almost 500$ for work that was already completed by my mechanic. Just not right to treat a new customer this way. I’ll talk to the better business bureau I’m not in the profession of wasting money and being taken/stolen from by anyone.

If you have any vehicle problems, DO NOT take it to Summit Customs. They wanted to charge me 7k for a part and service that anothet shop could provide for under 1k. AND they did not even look at what I initially brought it in for, also when the other shop looked at it, the issue" summit said I had didn't even exist. Just people looking to take advantage of customers!!"

I'm extremely pleased with the service I received at Summit Customs. Very friendly and also very fast and efficient. My car has low pros and I unfortunately didn't have winter wheels so they had to swap the tires over. They did it quickly and alot cheaper than any dealer or Tire shops I called. Definitely worth the drive to see them. 10/10 would recommend.

Very pleased with the service at Summit Customs. I was on my way from Toronto to Calgary when one of my tires picked up a piece of metal. Summit staff and service were great. They got me in, fixed the problem and I was able to continue on my journey. Also enjoyed spending some time with Jimmy the pup!

Amazing service. We had a blow out mid day on the Trans Canada on our way to a work project. Lugs and studs were corroded and stripped.Summit had the parts ordered, our tire and rim replaced, and all the lugs and studs replaced by the next morning.

Great service, reasonable prices. Never a issue always friendly. Highly recommend
